Open Enrollment Checklist

The Flexible Benefits Program is Lincoln Electric's benefits program for full-time employees. It gives you a comprehensive set of options and the flexibility to choose the type and level of coverage you want. Although selecting your own benefits is a plus, it requires that you make informed choices. You need to learn about the options, analyze your personal situation and then decide what combination of benefits is best for you and your family.

Each year during open enrollment, you have the opportunity to elect new coverage or change your current benefit coverage. You can change your benefit elections, your coverage level and add or delete dependents. The choices you make are fixed for the ENTIRE PLAN YEAR, unless you experience a change in family status.
