Open Enrollment Checklist

1 Week Before – Add People to Your GroupsComplete your preparations by adding people to your Open Enrollment groups. Any employee added to a group will then be able to begin making their benefit selections in SentricWorkforce once your Open Enrollment period begins.

During Open Enrollment – Review, Approve, and RemindMonitor employees in the Open Enrollment Dashboard to see where they are in the process. If they’ve completed their selections, review and approve them.

Distribute reminder communications to those who have not yet completed the process.

Reminder: You must tell Sentric ASAP if the payroll deduction for your new rates will not start on the first payroll after the enrollment date.

After Open Enrollment – Complete the ProcessOnce all choices have been approved, you can then run the Open Enrollment Audit report and export results. Save this as your audit file for Open Enrollment. This report must be run prior to creating the benefit history records and after all selections have been approved.

Finally, create the benefit history records.
