Your very own washroom – everything you need for personal careAll washrooms have an integrated or separate shower cubicle with a stylish designer shower column. Both attractive and practical, it boasts handy shelves and fine-jet shower fittings. The large mirror cabinets offer plenty of storage space. The extending washing line in the washrooms is a particularly clever solution. The rotating Thetford toilet comes with a quiet flush.

Plenty of space in garages and stowage compartments

The well insulated heated rear garage also has a door on the driver’s side allowing easy loading from both sides. Luggage can be secured with lashing rails and

eyelets. The garage also has a 12 V/230 V power sock-et for operating electrical appliances. Gas bottles can

be easily exchanged (150Kg weight limit) by means of a pull-out shelf.

Home-from-home sleeping comfortThe bedrooms – whether with single or double beds – offer

snug all-round comfort. Well-ventilated beds with slatted frames and cold foam mattresses make for healthy sleep. For added convenience, the lighting system and heating can also

be operated directly from the bed. The digital Truma CP PLUS control unit for regulating the hot air heating system is also

installed in the sleeping area.

Modern kitchen planning with ample storage space

The three-burner hob gives you home-from-home cooking convenience. The Super Slim

Tower refrigerator offers bags of chilling space. The extremely slimline refrigerator specially

developed for Hobby boasts a capacity of 150 litres. Large, fully extendable drawers with soft-

close mechanisms are provided for groceries and cookware.

Fully equipped, state-of-the-art body technologyThe OPTIMA DE LUXE is a model of robust design and perfect insulation thanks to the GRP roof and

GRP underfloor with XPS heat insulation. 70 x 50-centimetre rooflights provide effective ventila-tion, while access is facilitated by the electric step

and extra-wide entrance door with window. A special highlight is the Factory fitted Thule awning.

Cockpit with all mod consUpholstered in the same fabric as the living area, the driver and passenger seats are equipped with armrests and are swivel and height-adjustable. The front and side windows come with pleated blackout blinds. The large hinged roof vent lets in plenty of daylight and fresh air.

All the main functions of the motorhome are controlled by innovative on-board technologyThe Hobby CI-BUS on-board management system with TFT control panel is used to control and monitor all devices connected to the on-board supply. The IBS intelligent battery sensor supplies all the key data relat-ing to the engine and leisure. This technology protects the battery and reduces charging times by approx. 30 per cent by comparison with conventional chargers. Your OPTIMA DE LUXE is also fully winter-proof. The fresh water tank and pipes are installed in a frost-free location and the waste water tank is heated and insulat-ed. The powerful Truma Combi 6 hot air heater warms up your vehicle in no time and supplies hot water via the integrated 10-litre boiler. The modern multimedia system of the OPTIMA DE LUXE includes a navigation system with reversing camera, pitch database and CD/DVD player with two extra loudspeakers in the living area. Also included are a pull-out shelf for the flat screen TV complete with 12 V/230 V power socket.

Hobby CI-BUS on-board management system with TFT control panelThe Hobby-designed CI-BUS on-board management system controls all devices and functions within the on-board network. The control button plus six additional softkeys under the display allow convenient and intuitive navigation between menus. Whether TRUMA, DOMETIC or other makes: thanks to the non sector-specific interface, the new symbols and graphics of the Hobby TFT control panel represent a cross-section of all manufacturer symbols. That way the user is presented with an already familiar symbolic environment and can read off data from the display, e.g. date/time, inside/outside temperature, water tank filling level and battery charge/discharge, or activate settings directly. Easily accessible frost monitor valveIf there is a risk of frost, the currentless safety drain valve empties the boiler automatically. This prevents the drain pipe from freezing and safeguards the water supply. (Installation position depending on model; illustration may vary)

My Hobby appDeveloped exclusively for Hobby leisure vehicles, the My Hobby app allows you to control the entire on-board technology via mobile devices such as smartphones or tablets. Data such as date/time, inside/outside temperature, water tank filling level and battery charge/discharge can be read off or activated directly via the My Hobby app. Other BUS-capable on-board components such as heat-ing and air conditioning can also be centrally controlled, with Hobby-Connect providing an interface between the vehicle’s CI-BUS on-board management system and the internet. That way you can connect directly with virtually any location in the world from your own vehicle.

230V external socketThe 230V external power point means you can watch TV or use the electric grill outside when the weather’s nice.

That means you can connect directly with virtually any location in the world from your own vehicle. Data communication takes place in both directions via a special web server. That way you can receive push notifications on the mobile device, e.g. if the vehicle is removed from its location in case of theft. Because the “MyHobby” app is a “living” and constantly growing system, it is upgraded on an ongoing basis. From the beginning of 2017, for example, it will feature new in-app functions such as campsite and pitch searches or an overview of all Hobby dealers and service stations worldwide.

Satellite systemThe fully automatic satellite system Cap 650 from Kathrein includes a rotating flat an-tenna with a large range. Measuring just 21 centimetres high, it has excellent aerody-namic qualities. The antenna comes with a twin LNB, which means that two receivers can be integrated in the system and automatically align with the right satellite for the selected channel.

ALDE hot-water heaterThe very efficient hot water heater for the coldest conditions maintains the natural humidity and reduces the im-pact of dust and allergens. (on request, depending on model)

Fuse box under passenger seat Changing a fuse is a doddle thanks to the readily accessible distribution box under the passenger seat. The removable red key serves as a battery master switch and can be used to turn off the 12V circuit at any time to prevent the battery from discharging completely during longer idle periods, e.g. in winter.

Webasto parking heaterIntegrated in the cooling circuit of the base vehicle, the Thermo Top C diesel heater from Webasto warms up the engine compartment and cockpit before you even start up thanks to a digital timer that lets you preselect the start time for the heating-up phase.
