В Москве впервые прошла конференцияDLD (Digital – Life - Design)

С 28 по 29-го мая в Москве, в центре Digital October, проходила международная конфе-ренция DLD (Digital Life Design). Цель этой конференции – создать сеть по взаимодей-ствию из предпринимателей, инвесторов, общественных деятелей и креативных лиде-ров.Число участников, а главное их состав, пре-взошли все ожидания. Открыл конференцию вице-премьер Аркадий Дворкович. Среди наиболее интересных спикеров были Пре-зидент Фонда Сколково Виктор Вексель-берг, который рассказал слушателям о том, чего достиг Фонд Сколково за 2 года рабо-ты. Основатель компании Parallels Сергей Белоусов поведал гостям о грядущих изме-нениях в цифровых технологиях. Исполни-тельный директор университета Singularity Самир Исмаил рассказал об уникальной образовательной программе. По его словам Singularity University был создан потому что технологии развиваются столь стремитель-но, что классическое университетское обра-зование попросту не поспевает за измене-ниями.Многочисленные панельные дискуссии, ос-нователи и директора сотен компаний, жур-налисты и конечно студенты ОтУС. В этот день двери Digital October были открыты для всех. Несомненно, главной составляю-щей таких конференций является нефор-мальное общение. Одни ищут инвесторов, вторые партнеров по бизнесу, третьи берут интервью и так далее.Организаторам конференции удалось соз-дать знаменитую атмосферу DLD – нефор-мальное общение, свободный обмен идея-ми и отсутствие границ между спикерами и залом.

From 28 to 29-th of May in Moscow in the center Digital October, took place the international conference called DLD (Digital, Life, Design). The objective of this conference is to build up a networkofentrepreneurs, investors, public figures and creative leaders.The number of participants and, most importantly, their composition, exceeded all expectations. The conference was opened by the Vice-Prime Minister ArkadyDvorkovitch. Among the most interesting speakers was President of the Skolkovo Foundation Viktor Vekselberg, who told the audience about what the Foundation reached for 2 years of work. The founder of the company Parallels Sergey Belousov told the guests about the coming changes in the digital divide. Founding executive director of Singularity University Samir Ismail us the unique program. According to him Singularity University was created because the technologies are developing so rapidly that the classical university education is simply not keeping pace with the changes.Numerous panel discussions, founders and the director of hundreds of companies, journalists and of course students of OpUS. In this day gates of Digital October were open to all. Certainly, the main component of such conferences is to informal communication. Some look for investors, the second business partners, third interview and so on.Organizers of the conference succeeded in creation of the famous DLD atmosphere - informal communication, free flow of ideas and lack of boundaries between the speakers and the audience.

Ok, what we achieved after two years. People hope to understand what we would like to do. We shure understand this is take start. We already talked this morning this is our goal to start change mind of Russian people who really believe in future of our country, who really believe that Russia can be innovation in change and process. The question is how? Skolkovo is a project that can’t be one of the tool which will people to change mind. And we understand this is not easy. We choose some model we make some analyses of international experience, we visited a lot of countries, we talked to many people and finally we decided that, ok. We more or less shape what we would like to create.So first of all we don’t want to make any replicate of Silicon Valley. First of all it’s impossible. And we are not looking for very success way of the Silicon Valley. We would like to create some Russian ecosystem, to create this special environment. There are young people that who are capable to do what they like to do and we will be ready to give them…they came to realize opportunity. Somebody will be successful, somebody not but we will give them that chance. We would like that the people will be not looking outside of Russia. Young leaders in Russian would see opportunity in Russia. But anyway than we defined, ok, let’s create an ecosystem, what it is. Generally nobody knows what is is really is. But we defined some number of key elements of that ecosystem.First of all we decided that it should be university. Not like traditional Russian university composed from educational-research centers. We make some analyses international experience and decided that MIT model is one of the best and after one year of negotiations we signed an agreement with MIT. They helped us to stand this project. We already registered this university, we already nominated our first president professor Edward Crawley, we created the endowment because for long term project we have to build strong financial support.

The size of this university is reasonable small, just only twelve hundred students and two hundred professors. And it will be five priorities we would like to cover. It is energy efficiency, biotech, nuclear technology, space technology and IT. This is the same priorities that we have for the structure of our clusters.The second one we would like to have in our Skolkovo project – Science park. This technopark will provide support between 800-1000 start-ups. The third element is a strong connection between Skolkovo project and the global market which provide global leading companies like Siemens, Microsoft, Cisco etc.The fourth element of Skolkovo is city, environment. We would like to give people an opportunity to feel free in their life in Skolkovo which means we would like to provide them good level of education for children, healthcare support and good environment for live.Q: Mr. Vekselberg, as you already mansions Russia is very unpredictable country. So now Skolkovo Foundation has it key found from the side of the Russian government. But if once this founds are cut what Skolkovo Foundation do.A: So, now we have different types of finances. Yes, governmental funds comprise the biggest part of total investment to SK Foundation. But we have core agreement with our partners which invest to Skolkovo to develop their own R&D centres. As I expect gradually par of governmental support would be decrease and other wis, par of private investment will increase. More of that I suppose Skolkovo Foundation to be disappeared after 5-7 years. Because the Foundation is just a temporary tool to develop Innovation Center. When ecosystem will work there will be no reason for Sk Foundation to exist anymore.

В Санкт-Петербурге завершился совместный курс ОтУС и Microsoft

Студенты ОтУС в Санкт-Петербурге на протяжении трех с половиной месяцев курса Microsoft прорабатывали идеи проектов с профессионалами в области IT-предпринимательства. И что же мы получили в итоге? 19 мая состоялось последнее занятие совмест-ного с Microsoft курса «Технологиче-ское предпринимательство» в Санкт-Петербурге. На нем прошла защита проектов студентов ОтУС. На суд жюри было выдвинуто 10 проектов из сферы ИТ, биомедицины и энергетики. Среди членов жюри были Дмитрий Степкин, директор Бизнес-инкубатора Ингрия, Екатерина Морозова, заместитель ис-полнительного директора ОтУС, Гайдар Магдануров, директор фонда посевных инвестиций Microsoft и управляющий фонда Research & Development Capital Олег Лозовой. Каждой команде было выделено время на представление про-екта, после чего жюри делилось мнени-ями: что и как можно улучшить в работе продукта и в какую сторону развивать дальнейшую деятельность.По итогам общего голосования, лучшим был признан проект LocalEvents, реко-мендательный веб-сервис для поиска интересных событий в социальных се-тях Facebook и ВКонтакте в соответствии с местоположением и предпочтениями пользователей. Второе и третье место заняли проекты Titanium (создание по-крытия из диоксида титана для раз-ложения органических загрязнений) и eZWAY (система мониторинга неполадок в автомобиле и сообщения о них на мо-бильный телефон). А Гайдар Магдануров вызвался стать ментором проекта ко-манды-победителя.

Students of OpUS in St. Petersburg within the joint course with Microsoft have worked through the ideas of their own projects with professionals in the field of IT-business for more than three months.And what have we got in the end? At May 19 was held the last joint session with the Microsoft course «Technological Entrepreneurship» in St. Petersburg. It was the defence of projects of OpUS students. The had to evaluate 10 projects from the sphere of IT, biomedicine, and energy. Among the jury members were Dmitry Stepkin, Director of Ingria Incubator, Ekaterina Morozova, deputy executive director of OpUS, Magdanurov Gaidar, Director of the Microsoft Seed Investment Fund and Oleg Lozowy, director of Research & Development Capital fund. Each team was allocated the time of presentation of the project, after which the jury shared opinions: how can we improve the work of the product and in what direction to develop further activities.As a result of the general election, was voted the best project - LocalEvents, recommending web service for search of interesting events in the social networks Facebook and VKontakte in accordance with the location and preferences of users. The second and third places were taken by projects Titanium (creating nanofilms of titanium dioxide for the decomposition of organic contaminants) and eZWAY (monitoring system malfunctions in the vehicle and report of them to your cell phone). And after all Gaidar Magdanurov volunteered to become a mentor of winning team’s project.

В прошедшую среду 30 мая в Томском по-литехническом университете прошла уни-кальная открытая лекция Фади Бишара «Анатомия стартапа». Уникальна она была прежде всего личностью лектора. Фади Бишара основатель и директор бизнес-ак-селератора «BlackBox» и не понаслышке знает об инвестициях, венчурном финан-сировании и стартапах.Лекцию поделил на две части. В первой, теоретической, Фади осветил вопросы, ка-сающиеся реализации собственных идей и вывода стартапа на мировой рынок, а также рассказал о возможностях сотруд-ничества с акселератором «BlackBox» в Силиконовой долине. Основных компонентов стартапа, по мне-нию Фади, пять: команда, потребитель, продукт, финансы, бизнес-логика. Идеаль-ное количество со-основателей для одно-го проекта 2–3. Это позволяет, во-первых, разделить риски, во-вторых, партнеры всегда могут вернуть вам чувство реаль-ности, если вас понесет. Потребители, один из важнейших компонентов, они го-ворят, какой продукт им нужен на рынке. Именно наличие потребителей продукта служит сигналом, что нужно нанимать лю-дей в компанию. У любого продукта, как и организма, есть цикл жизни. Он рождается, растет, увели-чивается и в конце пути умирает. И мож-но совершенно точно сказать, что та идея, с которой вы начали работать, создавая стартап, изменится на 100 процентов. Про-дукт будет эволюционировать. Стартап, в первую очередь, должен менять жизнь людей. Это тоже один из важных критери-ев успешности.Во второй части лекции, практической, на суд Фади были представлены несколько проектов от томских студентов ОТуС. Ни один из них из них не остался без оценки. И, возможно, в будущем кого-то мы встре-тим в BlackBox.

Last Wednesday, May 30th at the Tomsk Polytechnic University was held a unique public lecture by Fadi Bishara, «Anatomy of a startup.» It was unique primarily, because of the individuality of the lecturer. Fadi Bishara is founder and director of “BlackBox” business accelerator and knows first hand about investments, venture capital financing and start-ups. The lection was divided into two parts. In the first, theoretical part, Fadi highlighted issues related to the implementation of your own ideas and to withdrawal of start-ups to the world market, and also spoke about the possibilities of cooperation with the “BlackBox” accelerator in Silicon Valley. The main components of a startup, according to Fadi, are five: team, customer, product, finance, business logic. The ideal number of co-founders of one project is 2 or 3. This allows, first, to share risks, and secondly, the partners can always return to you a sense of reality, if you will incur. Consumers are a critical component; they say what product they need in the market. The presence of consumer of the product is a sign that you need to hire people to the company.Any product, as well as the body, has its own cycle of life. It is born, then it grows, grows and dies in the end of the road. And we can definitely say that the idea with which you started to work, creating a start-up, had changeв for 100 percent. The product will evolve. Startup, first and foremost, has to change people’s lives. This is also one of the most important criteria for success. In the second part of the lecture, practical one, students of OpUS Tomsk presented several projects to the judgment of Fadi. None of them were left without a rating. And maybe in the future, we will meet each other at BlackBox.

В Малой аудитории Политехнического музея состоялась лекция Глеба Павлов-ского - Президента Фонда эффективной политики, директора «Русского институ-та» и члена Общественной палаты РФ. Далее представлена выдержка из лек-ции:

…Некоторые элементы прежней полити-ческой системы должны быть демонти-рованы или устранены. Например, медиамонтаж – инсцениро-вачная фальсификация реальности.Говорят, что наше телевидение цензу-ровано. Это не так и это намного хуже. Цензура бывает прекрасной, потому что оставляет возможность домыслов, под-текстов, которые в советское время, на-пример, люди прекрасно понимали и умели читать.Сегодня речь идет о том, что большая часть населения страны, которая живет в поле центрального телевещания, нахо-дится в абсолютно вымышленной реаль-ности. Реальности, которая не существу-ет, не повышает способности выживать и тем более преуспевать в реальном мире. Которая оставляет население совершен-но вне контекста реальных мировых проблем. На основе нашего телевиде-ния вы не можете получить представ-ление ни об одной мировой проблеме, которая сегодня решается. Это затруд-няет сравнение проблем и сужает спо-собности мышления, провинциализуя его искусственно. Если мы обсуждаем, что происходит в Европе, мы обсуждаем вещи, которых нет, которые поставлены, инсценированы. Да, предложенные сце-нарии бывают действительно интерес-ны, но, конечно, не вполне честны. Это, конечно, серьезная проблема, которая нарушает весь цикл коммуникации.

The Small audience of the Polytechnic Museum hosted a lecture by Gleb Pavlovsky - President of the Effective Policy Foundation, director of the «Russian Institute» and a member of the Public Chamber of Russia. Following is an extract from his lecture:

...Some elements of the old political system should be dismantled or removed.For example, media edition – a theatricalizing falsification of reality.They say that our television is under censorship. This is not that way, it is much worse. Censorship is fine, because it leaves the possibility of speculation, subtexts, which people in Soviet times knew how to read.Today we are talking about the fact that the majority of the population that lives in the scope of central television, is able to see a completely fictional reality. Reality that does not exist, does not increase neither the ability to survive nor to succeed in the real world. This reality leaves people entirely outside the context of real world problems. Being based on our television, you can not get an idea about any global problem that exists in the world. It makes difficult to compare problems and reduces the ability of thinking artificially provincial. When we discuss what is happening in Europe, we are discussing things that do not really exist, they are staged. Yes, the proposed scenarios sometimes are really interesting, but they certainly are not entirely honest. This, of course, is a serious problem that violates the whole cycle of communication

Что вы подразумеваете под инноваци-онной экономикой?Я думаю, что любая экономика в принци-пе инновационна. Потому что прибыль и добавочная стоимость возникает толь-ко, когда у вас есть новый способ что-то сделать. Если у вас он есть, то вы выигра-ете экономическую конкуренцию.А стремление к инновациям – это...Это выдумка, стремления нет. Хотя об этом сейчас политкорректно говорить. Но развиваться сложно. Человек в боль-шинстве случаев сопротивляется разви-тию и инновациям.У вас есть какая-то версия “почему”?Нет. Я смотрю на историю и понимаю, что невозможно провести грань между социальными изменениями, культурны-ми кодами и техническими изобретени-ями.У Питера Друкера есть хороший при-мер. Он говорит: объясните мне, почему паровой двигатель уже был, вагоны для транспортировки грузов были, приде-лать паровой двигатель к вагону – мысль не требующая существенных интеллек-туальных способностей, но железные дороги не развивались. А когда начали развиваться, то прежде всего с пасса-жирских перевозок. Друкер объясняет: это потому, что для возникновения же-лезнодорожного сообщения нужно было поменять ментальную географию. Люди должны были понять, что они могут при-йти на вокзал, сесть в поезд и поехать работать в близлежащий город. А для того, чтобы произошла эта ментальная революция, нужен был сложный набор социокультурных условий. Поэтому ин-новации начинаются только тогда, когда меняется что-то в мышлении, а до этого, в основном, мы сталкиваемся с феноме-нами инновационного сопротивления.

If you have one, then you will win the economic competition.And aspiration to innovation - is ...This is fiction, there is no aspiration. Although it is politically correct to talk about it now. But it is difficult to develop. The man in most cases resists to development and innovation.Do you have a version of «why» is it so?No. I look at history and realize that it is impossible to draw the line at social change, cultural codes and technical inventions.Peter Drucker has a good example. He said: Explain to me why the steam-engine already existed, wagons for the transportation of goods also existed, and to attach the the steam-engine to the wagon is a thought which does not require significant intellectual abilities, but the railroads did not develop. And when they began to develop, they did it primarily with passenger traffic. Drucker explains that this is because for the emergence of railway, we firstly had to change the mental geography. People had to realize that they can come to the station, take a train and go to work in a nearby city. And for this mental revolution to happen there was needed a set of complex socio-cultural conditions. So innovation begins only when something changes in thinking. And before that, basically, we are confronted with the phenomena of innovation resistance.

Так сложилось, что этот выпуск OpUSvision посвящен достаточно серьезному событию в жизни ОтУС, а именно – четырехднев-ной школе с Singularity University. Шко-ла “Revolution in exponentially growing technologies – forecast for the future” про-шла 24-27 мая в подмосковном конгресс-отеле «Ареал». Примечательно, что под одной крышей собрались не только сту-денты ОтУС всех трех городов, но и пред-ставители компаний-резидентов Сколково, сотрудники фонда, а так же приглашенные гости из компаний-партнеров. Этот факт и стал определяющим в создании “инно-вационной” атмосферы, которая сопрово-ждала участников на протяжении всех че-тырех дней. Погрузиться в будущее нам помогали пред-ставители Singularity University – Salim Ismail, Daniel Kraft, Brad Templeton, Rob Nail, Neil Jacobstein и Raymond McCauley. Для меня однозначным определением вы-сокой ценности лекций, которые для нас читали наши гости, стало огромное коли-чество людей не поленившихся приехать в 8 утра в субботу на станцию метро Новоги-реево, чтобы оттуда на автобусах доехать до конгресс-отеля, и смотреть трансляцию лекций, которые читали нам в другом зале. Мы получили уникальную возможность за последние майские выходные создать для себя полный обзор всех развивающихся технологий, которые в ближайшее время могут изменить мир. И, конечно же, сам факт того, что ты постоянно окружен инте-ресными, высоко эрудированными людьми помогает тебе держаться в тонусе, несмо-тря на то, что спишь ты по 3-4 часа в сутки.За эти великолепные четыре дня хочется сказать команде организаторов: «Спасибо Вам огромное, это было незабываемо! И…. хотим еще!»

It happened so, that this issue of OpUSvision is devoted to a serious event in the life OpUS - namely, a four-day school with Singularity University. The school «Revolution in exponentially growing technologies - forecast for the future» was held May 24-27 in a suburban convention hotel «Areal.» It is noteworthy that under one roof were gathered not only students of OpUS of all three cities, but also representatives of resident companies of Skolkovo, foundation team members, as well as guests from partner companies. This fact was decisive in the creation of «innovational» atmosphere that accompanied the participants throughout the four days.The representatives of Singularity University - Salim Ismail, Daniel Kraft, Brad Templeton, Rob Nail, Neil Jacobstein, and Raymond McCauley helped us to immerse ourselves into the future. For me, unambiguous definition of the high value of lectures, which our guests read for us, was a fact that lot of people took the trouble to come at 8 am at Saturday to the subway station Novogireevo to get by bus to the conference hotel, and watch the broadcast of lectures given to us in another hall. For the last weekend of May we had a unique opportunity to form a complete overview of all developing technologies that will soon change the world. And, of course, the fact that you are constantly surrounded by interesting, highly intelligent people helps you stay in tune, despite the fact that you have slept for 3-4 hours a day.For these great four days I would like to say to the team of organizers: «Thank You very much, it was unforgettable! And .... We want more!»

Также являюсь студентом Открытого университета Сколково, который дает студентам инженерных специальностей уникаль-ные, с моей точки зрения, компетенции - от предпри-нимательских до навыков публичных выступлений.С какой идеей ты выиграл конкурс?Выиграл конкурс с идеей предпринимательства в области космических технологий SpaceSD, а именно - использование данных космических спутников для нужд каждого человека посредством личного досту-па. Мы проходим аутентификацию при входе в соци-альные сети. Точно также, я уверен, в будущем каждый сможет войти в свой портал для связи со спутником. Потенциально это даст мощнейший толчок социаль-но-экономическому развитию стран и улучшит жизнь сотен миллионов землян, среди которых будут и де-сятки миллионов россиян. У меня нет сомнений, что это произойдет. Вопрос лишь в том, кто и где сделает это первым.Я выбрал проект в области предпринимательства и инноваций в космической сфере, потому что это край-не актуальная платформа для будущих мировых ин-новаций. Кроме того, эта платформа позволяет транс-лировать знания и на другие отрасли.Чего ожидаешь от поездки в Singularity University?От поездки в Singularity University я ожидаю трех ве-щей. Первая. Развитие проекта SpaceSD. Оно включает привлечение ребят из разных стран для совместной работы и воплощение этой работы в области пред-принимательства и инноваций в конкретный проект. Вторая. Вытекает из первой. Работа в международной команде и обучение на родине передовых технологий - в Кремниевой долине - существенно расширят кру-гозор. В ОтУС есть целое направление - Global Vision. Программа в Singularity University - хорошая практика Global Vision. И третье. Я думаю, мы должны стремить-ся к открытости. Но не для того, чтобы всем нравить-ся, а для того, чтобы научиться взаимодействовать с внешним миром. Только так мы научимся конкури-ровать. По-настоящему. По-предпринимательски. И только через трудности, связанные с глобальной кон-куренцией, мы можем придти к инновациям, к новому, более совершенному обществу.

Tell about yourself. I have a University degree gained at Department of Theoretical Physics and Quantum Technologies of National University of Science & Technology “MISiS”. Also, I am a student of Open University Skolkovo that, in my point of view, gives to engineering students a unique competence – starting from business to public-speaking skills.What is your “winning” idea for the competition?I won the contest with the idea of entrepreneurship in the field of space technology SpaceSD. Namely it’s about the use of satellite-based data for the needs of each individual through personal access. We pass authentication each time we’re logging into social networks. I’m sure, in the future things will happen the same way - everyone will be able to log into own portal to communicate with the satellite. Potentially, this will give a powerful boost to the socio-economic development of countries and will improve the lives of hundreds of millions of earthmen among whom, there will be tens of millions of Russians. I have no doubt that this will happen. The only question is: who is going to do it first, and where?I’ve chosen a project in the field of entrepreneurship and innovation in space, because it is extremely relevant platform for the future world of innovation. In addition, this platform allows the transmission of the knowledge to other industries.What are your expectations for a trip to the Singularity University?I expect three things from this trip to the Singularity University. The First - development of the SpaceSD project. It includes the involvement of guys from different countries to work together and the realization of this work in the field of entrepreneurship and innovation in a specific project. Not to please everyone, but in order to learn how to communicate with the external world. This is the only way for us to learn to compete. For real. In sphere of entrepreneurship. Cause we can come to innovations, to a new, more perfect society only through the difficulties associated with global competition.

Я написал заявку по теме «Искусственный интел-лект», потому что она мне интересна и я вижу как проекты в данной области могут улучшать жизнь людей.С какой идеей ты выиграл конкурс? Идея единого инфопространства состоит в предо-ставлении удобного средства для обнаружения в сети информации, быстрого анализа результатов поиска в интересующей предметной области нау-ки за счет дополнения существующих технологий подходами семантического анализа и в результа-те выдачи материалов максимально релевантных запросу пользователя. Сервис систематизирует информационные потоки и объединяет резуль-таты деятельности образовательных площадок. Благодаря чему создается единое интерактивное информационное поле, необходимое для разви-тия научного потенциала внутри страны.Чего ожидаешь от поездки в Singularity University?Прежде всего я жду новых полезных знакомств и обмена опытом с людьми, которые смотрят в бу-дущее в одном со мной направлении. Tell about yourself. I am a graduate of Bauman Moscow State Technical University. I’ve graduated from the department «Information processing systems and management.» For the last few years, I’m creating products that help the living, and artificial intelligence to analyze the huge flow of information and use the facts to make decisions. For several years working directly with the data sets, I programmed the systems and taught them to extract knowledge from natural language texts, trade in the Forex market absolutely independently and use an electronic glove for the organization of human interaction with Computer literacy. I wrote a proposal on «Artificial Intelligence», because it interests me and I can see how the projects in this area can improve people’s lives.What is your “winning” idea for the competition?The idea of consolidated information space is based on delivery of convenient service that detects the information on the web, quickly analyzes the results of the search in the interesting domain of science by enhancing state-of-art retrieval techniques with semantic web approaches, which yields the materials that are most relevant to the user query. Service systematizes information streams and combines the results of work of educational institutions. Thereby, the union interactive information space is created, needed for development of science potential of Russia.What are your expectations for a trip to the Singularity University?Primarily I expect new useful acquaintances and experience sharing with people who look into the future in the same direction as I do. I believe that vast SU partnership network, which includes world leading teams in my domain of interest and gigantic bundle of knowledge collected by these professionals will help me to improve existing solutions in data analysis in Russia.

Проект Сколково, как источник инноваций для развития России, не может обойтись без людей с соответствующими знаниями и уме-ниями. Поэтому в Сколковской экосистеме должно было появиться место, где готовят таких специалистов. Таким местом и стал Сколковский институт науки и технологий или сокращенно СколковоТех. Программу развития института создавалась с ведущими ВУЗами мира среди них и MIT. Руководит институтом Эдвард Ф. Кроули. В этом году начнется первая пилотная про-грамма для студентов и аспирантов ведущих российских ВУЗов. Победители отборов пое-дут на 1 год обучаться в такие образователь-ные центры как MIT, Imperial College London, ZTE и HKUST.Из всех претендентов отобрали 22 лучших, среди которых были и студенты ОтУС. В ито-ге четверо студентов Открытого универси-тета станут студентами СколковоТех. Двое из Москвы: Екатерина Котенко и Александр Иванов, двое из Санкт-Петербурга: Дмитрий Смирнов и Олег Уржумцев. Мы спросили по-бедителей, что они думают про СколковоТех:

Skolkovo project, being a source of innovation for the development of Russia, can not do without people with relevant knowledge and skills. Therefore, in Skolkovo’s ecosystem should have appeared a place, where such specialists are raised. Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology (for short SkolkovoTech) seems to be that very place.Program of Development of the Institute was established with the world leading universities (MIT among them). The Institute is directed by Edward F. Crawley. This (first) year will begin with a pilot program for students of the leading Russian universities. The winners of the finals will go to a year study program in educational centers such as MIT, Imperial College London, ZTE and HKUST.Of all the candidates were picked up 22 best ones, among whom were students of OpUS. As a result, four students of the Open University Skolkovo will study at SkolkovoTech. Two from Moscow, Ekaterina Kotenko and Alexander Ivanov, two from St. Petersburg: Dmitry Smirnov and Oleg Urzhumtsev. We asked the winners what they think about SkolkovoTech:

Вскоре после возвращения с уни-кальной программы Открытого уни-верситета Сколково и Singulyarity University в Петербурге состоялся тьюториал, где с горячим чаем в одной руке и вкусными конфетами в другой обсудили итоги поездки. Студенты рассказали о достигнутых целях, поделилась друг с другом успехами за эти три с половиной дня, обменялись впечатлениями и все вместе спланировали програм-му следующего общего тьюториала. Он состоялся в Петербурге 4 июня. Студенты рассказали о том, что с ними случилось в эти насыщенные событиями и новыми знакомства-ми дни, для чего такие меропри-ятия необходимы, дали обзорную информацию по каждой из услы-шанных лекции (их мы разделили между участниками), поделились полученными контактами. Кроме студентов ОтУС на таком тьютори-але присутствовали и наши слуша-тели. Олег Уржумцев и Ян Штефанец про-вели игру « marshmellow test», а в заключении тьюториала Костя Ро-маненко, наш фотограф, представил музыкальную фото презентацию нашей поездки.Такие поездки и последующие реф-лексивные конфеты с чаем объеди-няют в общее дело, делают процесс увлекательнее и продуктивнее. Soon after our return from a unique program of the Open University Skolkovo and the Singularity University to St. Petersburg we held a tutorial, where with hot tea in one hand and a delicious candy in the other we discussed the results of the trip. Students spoke about the achieved purposes, shared with each other the success of these three and a half days, exchanged experiences and planned the program for the next general tutorial together. This tutorial was held in St. Petersburg on 4th of June. Students talked about what happened to them during these eventful days, about new acquaintances, what for such events are necessary, gave an overview of each of the heard lectures (they were divided among participants), shared their contacts. Not only students of OpUS attended this tutorial, but also our listeners.Oleg Urzhumtsev and Jan Shtefanets held a «marshmallow test», and at the end of tutorial Kostya Romanenko, our photographer, shared a photo presentation of our trip accompanied with music.Such trips and subsequent reflexive with sweets & tea combine in a common cause, make the process more exciting and productive.
