Economic and durable Rotary Evaporator with a flexible modular

design. Accommodates an intergrated vacuum controller, solvent

recovery system, and vacuum pump. Easily adapted to meet more

demanding needs.

Three glasware configurations:

Diagonal (S), used for standard applications;

Vertical (V), used in space-constrained and elevated boiling point

applications;

Dewar (T) configuration, designed for low boiling point applications.

Two water bath options: the SB-1000 is designed for standard

applications and accommodates up to a 3L volume, with a 50ml

to 1000ml evaporating flask range. The OSB-2000 is used in

applications requiring temperatures up to 180˚C and 7L maximum

bath volume capacity, allowing for usage of evaporating flasks as

small as 50ml and as large as 2000ml.

Unique counterbalanced sliding jack with newly integrated lock

system allows easy single-hand management of the evaporating

flak height.

The N-1001 series can elevate up to 10 1/4" (260mm), allowing

for safe and effortless evaporating flask attachment and detachment.

The quiet motor head operates between 20 and 180rpm.

The wide surface area (0.11m2) of the condeser provides excellent

cooling while effectively recovering solvent.

The water bath features an integrated overheat protector and

thermal fuse with PTFE coating, providing greater durability and

protection against corrosion.

Chemical resistant Teflon seals (optional) allow for the recovery

of low boiling point organic solvents.

Features

• Designed for the concentration or purification of thermally sensitive materials

• The double-walled evaporator jacket is made of borosilicate glass and this

makes it possible to visually observe the evaporation process.

• Vacuum distillation shortens the time needed for the feed liquid to pass and

increases the efficiency of heat transfer.

• With model MF-10B, the amount of sample feeding is controllable by a level

sensor, enabling concentration while controlling the liquid level in the

evaporation tube.

• Most appropriate vacuum value of the 10 typical regulated solvents (such

as siethyl ether. hexane, dichloromethane, acetone, benzene, toluene...) are

stored in memory and the unit is automatically adjusted for most proper

vacuum value of the selected solvent.

• 2 kind of digital displays: numerical display of pressure and graphic display

to show the ongoing control status.

• Set pressure value can be changed anytime. Regardless of the operation

status (run/stop), pressure value can be set at desired value while checking

Personal Organic Synthesizer Process Station PPS-1510 • 2510

Process Station is a 5-position organic synthesizer which is designed to improve

the efficiency of process development of new reactions and catalysis, examination

of reaction conditions and synthesis of intermediates.

Individual setting of the temperature for each position enables examining by

5 types of temperature conditions simultaneously, allowing to achieve the most

effective synthesis route.

PPS-1510 and PPS-2510 are also equipped with reflux and gas exchange

functions required for organic synthesis, in addition to temperature control and

stirring. Synthesis scale can be changed by changing the aluminium blocks.

There are such options available for post-processing, e.g. a set of operations

for liquid-liquid extraction and concentration without exchanging containers.

Personal Organic Synthesizer Process Station PPS-3510

PPS series is developed to improved the efficiency of the synthesis process.

Designed as a system with 5 independent reactors, each with its own temperature

control, the system is time-saving and efficient. The relatively large vessel size

is developed for users that work with larger amounts of sample volume and it

is ideal for development, verification experiments, experiments for optimization

and also for large volume intermediate synthesis. Five different temperatures

can be set for five test tubes, saving time and performing efficient synthesis.

Refluxing, gas purging, heating, cooling, and stirring functions are all equipped

as standard.

Process Station PPV-4030/4060 is able to perform pressurized reaction efficiently.It enables to carry out evaluation for hydrogenation, carbonylation and autoclavefor pharmaceuticals, agrichemical intermediates, polymers and fine chemicals.

Features• Two built-in individual temperature controllers (from room temperature to 200˚C. Four synthesis reactors can be controlled at two different temperatures.• The designed maximum operation pressure is up to 20MPa, but only the flammable gas to <1MPa.• Individual pressure control. Pressure gauge and two needle valves (for pressurizing and relief) are equipped for each of four reaction vessels. The pressure of each vessel can be controlled and measured individually.• By removing the connection, sampling can be done before and after conducting the reaction. Also, it is possible to add and extract sample under inert gas flow.• Excess reaction is controlled by the cooling cartridge. This cartridge cools down the reaction vessels quickly after completing a polymerization reaction and prevents excess reaction. Also, if excessive heat is generated by a catalyst reactions, etc., it can suppress the heat. The cooling cartridge can be inserted from each side of the unit.• By using a rare earth magnetic stirrer, highly viscous sample can be mixed well.

• Interchangeable joint (TS 15/25) can be mounted.

• Motor overload protection function is incorporated as an over-current protection

circuit. When the circuit is over-current, motor automatically stops.

• Different shapes of impellers available depending on the synthesizers used

with the sitter.

• Rotation speed can be set to desired value. Slow-up function prevents overload

caused by sudden rotation speed increase. Rotation speed change during

operation and operation interruption by power switch are also possible.

• DC brushless motor is adopted to realize smooth and strong rotation. Rotation

speed range is 31~226 rpm and Max. torque is 68mN/m.

• The stirring wing (impeller) is made of PTFE and the stirring rod (shaft) is made

of PEEK. Both are inert specification and the experiment can be conducted

wigthout problem of the solvent chemical resistance.
