Initial Design uploaded for approval

Step 1: The initial design will be uploaded into

the Asset site using the uploader tool. By selecting the Approval1 in the meta data field this will automatically trigger an email notification to the approval 1 agent.

Step 2: The approval1 agent will log in and view only the file ready for proofing and either approve or deny it and add change notes in the meta data field. Once saved this will send a notification email to either make the requested changes back to the initial person or if approved will send an email trigger to approval2 agent and move the file to the approval 2 folder.
