If you ask my nephew, who is only 12, about The Beatles, he is able to rattle off a list of their most famous songs. It is truly impressive!

What are we usually asked to rattle off, on the spot in the business world?

What have you crossed out of your life? I´ve recently crossed some people out of my life; people who don´t add anything, and who try to hold me back.

And I have whittle down the number of things that I do a day. By doing so, I don´t try to do to much all at once anymore. Paring down the number of commitments I have a day has relieved a great deal of stress.

Whenever I have a special project, John´s name is always the one that immediately jumps out at me. He is a very dedicated, competent person, and he always comes up with some great and creative solutions. Furthermore, he always strives for excellence. Shooting for being the best has made him the best manager that we have ever had.

In addition, it is amazing how John can just peruse an outline of a project or a problem, and can immediately bring some great insights and ideas to the table.

I´ve order 100 books from Amazon.com to give them as gifts for my employees. As a token of appreciation, Amazon.com threw in a moleskine with each one of the books. That´s what I call a good customer service.

This attitute totally gels in with the company´s image of caring greatly about their customers.

Doesn´t matter what, I am going to go on a nice vacation this year. I have worked very hard, so I deserve it! I just need to figure out where to go. I am aiming for a nice and relaxing beach vacation. Any suggestions?
