    Metzingen Outlet City features more than 60 stores in two main shopping districts within

    center of town. The main brands available include Boss, Joop, Strellson, Adidas and Polo

    The shoe factory sports a totally remodeled

    Adjacent to the shoe outlet is a Trigema flag-

    ship store. Trigema is a high-quality sportswearmanufacturer. The store is currently a trial-storeto find out if outlet shopping will be profitablefor the company.

    The Mustang Factory Store, a unique andlittle-known outlet, is found just 70 miles upthe road in Knzelsau.

    Ingredients:3 onions

    One bundle of soup greens/vegetables500 gr. (1 lb.) potatoes1 kilogram (2.2 lb) ham bone(Schinkenknochen)400 gr. smoked bacon in one piece500 gr. (1 lb.) lentils with peel10 black pepper corns3-4 bay leaves3-4 branches of parsleySalt, pepper, sugar, Maggi seasoning (Maga liquid seasoning found in all German sin the soup and gravy aisle)Sausages (Wiener Wrstchen)

    Instructions:Peel onions and finely chop. Clean the greens/vegetables and chop. Peel the potand cut into squares. Wash the ham boneall the ingredients in a large pot; keepinsausages and three branches of parsley for Add three liters of water and bring to a q

    boil before turning the heat down. Let the simmer for three hours, stir occasionally. Cthe leftover parsley branches and add tsoup. Add salt and pepper, as well as M

    seasoning to taste. Heat sausages in hot wdrain and add to the soup.
