-You can export mail directly into Outlook, make a .pst file and then reverse the process

-right-click a local folder

-Choose properties

-Copy and paste the folder location into Start->Run (less the .dbx filename)


-You will need to copy all the folders, not just your personal folders.

-OR… you can copy just personal folders AND the file folders.dbx

-Store copy on backup media




-Open OE and start Import Wizard (File->Import->Messages)-Choose original version of mail content-Choose to import mail from a store directory-Select just the folders you want to import



-Find your Address Book for WinXP (Documents and Settings\<profile>\Application

Data\Microsoft\Address Book) or for Win98 (Windows\Application Data\Microsoft\Address

-Open OE, and choose File->Import->Address Book

-Select the .wab file and import
