We assess not only the technical competence of potential employees but also their communication skills, English proficiency, management potential, and psychological traits. Employees are carefully selected against a list of requirements critical for the position he/she is applying for. We understand that every business today needs automation. Information Technology plays a vital role in almost every vertical industry to provide miniscule to high end robust solution on which all the operations in business run. However, as we know that all these business functions works on certain norms, standards & predefined rules it is imperative that the systems they rely on need to produce correct results. This makes it necessary for us to provide extended service of Quality Assurance through audits.

Code Reviews: Although we make sure that systems are build based on the right requirements and are tested thoroughly, it is still necessary to review the code for its scalability, performance & standards which makes the system work perfect and simpler to maintain. We conduct regular code reviews for not only our development projects but also extend this service to our clients for third party code reviews.

Software Asset Audit: This service is essential and we engage ourselves in this on case to case basis. There are many tools available to help with this however; at times our clients wish to take this activity as internal audit for them to gain more insight in licensing. The rely on us for the analytical input for them to be able to maintain and manage the entire asset library of software licenses being used, required, procured and distributed amongst their employees. This ensures the optimal utilsation of the available resources and reduces the spending on software if there are already unused licenses available in library.

6.2.1 Active Directory Implementation

With expertise on Microsoft Technologies for about 12 years and the right mix of knowledge and resources PACE spearheaded the nationwide implementation of Active Directory Services at Reliance General Insurance.

It was so well planned that the implementation was turned around in the span of 3 months across 15 locations in India. The best practices implemented at one location were replicated with almost no difficulty at all other locations.

6.2.2 SharePoint Collaborative Solutions

NSDL has been our esteemed customer over a decade now.

NSDL needed a way to share and store knowledge about their services and experiences. PACE Infotech took a lead to develop a collaborative workspace as a tool for improving organizational effectiveness, accessing shared information and providing a platform for consistency in process.


Sharepoint as collaborative solution became a more integral part of the business today. PACE Infotech also defined, designed & developed disaster recovery plan for MOSS Systems.

6.2.3 IT Infrastructure Support

DSP Blackrock supported its Exchange Server Database with additional server and small utility replication tools for replication to streamline user management, e-mail & collaboration. IT Executive team considered the significant risks involved in tape backups and determined this method alone was no longer sufficient for several reasons.

DSP Blackrock considered several solutions, including replication and recovery offerings from ROBOCOY and offsite server, Backup Software. PACE Infotech recommended XOsoft solution to them and they looked at the product in detail. Based on the study conducted by PACE and the recommendations the choice seemed clear. PACE Team later helped DSP Blackrock in implementing XOSoft solution for their offices country wide.

6.2.4 Development Services

PACE Infotech developed and implemented the solution for proper management of physical security of Bosch Premises & Its property by enabling the security personnel & security desk with better managed GATE Pass System


This system interlinked all the departments of the organization with security management system so that all the appointments/calendars are scheduled and managed well preventing any unwanted visitor from entering the premises and tracking the visitors within premises.
