AESL 100/200/300 is a fully Automatic Single Side
Sticker Labeling Machine. This model is suitable to
apply full/partial self adhesive labels on different
size of round shape container having all surfaces.
The AESL 100/200/300 is one of the most user
friendly, fully protected and almost maintenance
free.
A sophist icated label dispenser system
synchronizes all the labeler components, allowing
the speed to be regulated with a single point and
maintaining precise labeling even during start-up,
stopping or slow down stages, synchronized with
the entire line.
Capability of this model is labeling up to 300BPM
depending on products and label size.

AESST-Steam Shrink Tunnel is employed for shrink
sleeve label and tamper evident band application
for a middle, full body and cap shrink applications.
This can be manually controlled through the
regulating valve.
This enables and even shrinking of the sleeve onto
the product. Multiple steam zones and adjustable
tier manifold direct steam heat were needed to
produce a precise, high-quality finish appearance
of PVC, PETG, OPS, and PLA labels and neck bands.
Tunnel steam zones can be independent to ensure
a quality finish regardless of container shape of
size.
