Handling day to day queries for employees related to policies, attendance etc. Maintaining confirmation tracker for the new joinees. Completion of 6 months confirmation process well in time. Releasing 6 months probation confirmation letter to the employees.

Recruitment & Selection:- Support to seniors in manpower planning in consultation with different functional & operational areas and conducting selection interviews for departmental promotion and regularizing employees of all categories. Taking care of recruitment for Mobility business from Channel Managers to Zonal Business Manager

Profiles, also being responsible for hiring of associates across MPCG circle. Identifying viable candidates from various sources like Databases, Job portals, Employee Referrals,

Staffing agencies, College campus recruitments. Conducting first round of interview and short listing of candidates. Organizing further round of interviews of selected candidate with BU/Function Heads. Taking care of Salary negotiation with the selected candidate and release of offer letter.

SAP –HR Responsibilities/Computer Proficiency Updating & maintaining data (PA30, PA40 and updating MIS). SAP Related Works (Hiring-PA40, Transfer, separation, validating the entries, on time confirmation letters,

increment letters, relieving letters etc.) Maintained 200+ employees records in form of Hardcopy (personnel dossiers) and in Soft copy (both online –

INDUCTION & ORIENTATION PROCESS:

To ensure that joinees are given brief induction on organisation and its policy & procedure Continuous update to employees through e-mail communication & presentation regarding any updates in policy and

new process.

PAYROLL AND MIS:

To ensure that monthly payroll is prepared as per the defined timelines for payroll preparedness.

To ensure that monthly MIS is prepared.

To ensure that monthly Attendance for Pay Roll process on time

Exit Management Process:

Responsible for smooth F & F process for resigned employee. Responsible for filling of No Dues and other formalities of resigned employee. Sending No Dues forms to corporate for F & F settlement. Sharing the F & F workings sent by corporate with the ex-employees and getting it closed for final

payment release. Responsible for release of Relieving letter for resigned employees once his F & F settlement is done. Responsible for sending recovery letters for employees where recovery is required. Responsible for handling cases of PF Withdrawals and PF Transfer

Employee Engagement Activity:

Preparing monthly calendar for Employee Engagement activities. Rolling out various Engagement & delight activities across circle for employees. Driving Monthly B'day bash activity. Maintaining a monthly MIS for Engagement activities happened for a particular month.

Driving R & R Implementation program:

Releasing monthly R & R nominations mail. Finalizing the names of R & R winners with the help R & R committee. Preparing R & R Certificates & letters and getting it signed with COO. Preparing R & R mails for winners which are released in the circle from circle HR head. Ensuring that each R & R winners receives his gift & certificate. Maintaining a MIS of R & R.

Performance Management System: Acting as a HR Facilitator for the circle for doing any changes/updates KRA Driving on time closure of Self-Assessment sheets and Appraisals.
