EXECUTIVE SUMMARY I am writing this report to the marketing manager of the Warehouse to give him detail of our new opening business in papamoa .I also done a successful presentation of it on 21/8/15.In the presentation we introduce our new branch of Warehouse in Papamoa to the local community . And we discussed our products, services and some special offers. also we attracted the people of papamoa about our new services and facilities which we provide them.

Introduction: cloths are very important to cover the body ineverybody's life. cloth has been made from wool. Design is made bymachine on the cloths.

Address the needs, priorities and time frame: To start a businessfirst of all we need proper land near the city or in the city where wemade a big shop. For starting a business mainly we n/eed money and welldesigned shop suitable staff who cooperate with the customer and havea good knowledge related to this business. As we talk about time frameof this business that open from early morning to midnight. Allfacilities are also available like parking facility and drive thru isalso available because some of customer does not have enough time thatis why we need it.

Purpose, scope and structure of ware house: The main aim of warehouseis give the new look to our customers. we setup new trend by inventingthe glorious design on the cloths. So that people buy more and moreour product and make quality.

Conclusions

Based on the findings of this study, the researcher concludes the following:1. The respondent who took part in this study are already mature inknowledge and experience in business process and other relatedactivities in cloths industries. They are also aware of the currentsituation both in the domestic and international market in clothindustry are deeply concerned about the improvement of the clothindustry.

2. The respondent strongly agreed that cloth industry is indent needcommon strategy to position itself and be competitive in the globalcloth market.

3. The respondent also agreed that the strategy that should beimplemented is the differentiation strategy and served as the umbrellafor the cloth industry.

4.The respondent strongly agreed that the cloth industry shall provideenough time to implement the common strategy.

5. Thus, the cloth industry is in a stage wherein it needed a new and

Recommendations

The industry of cloth has been considered as one of the mostsought after industry in the global market.
