At this time of the year, teachers will meet with the parents of students who have specific concerns. Parent-Teacher Interviews will take place in your child’s classroom, the evening of Thursday, March 12th from 4:00 to 6:00 and 7:00 to 9:30 p.m. The information below informs you if an interview is required. If your child’s teacher would like to meet with you, please make your selection for an appropriate time in the response coupon. If an interview is not required, but you have serious concerns about your child’s progress, you may request an interview by checking off a time slot that is convenient to you. Mark your first choice as #1, your second choice as #2, and your third choice as #3. If you have another child in the school, please indicate the name and class your child is in. Every effort will be made to schedule your interview within your chosen time slots. Return bottom portion by Friday, February 20th, 2015 ( ) An interview is requested by the teacher(s) at this time to discuss your child’s progress. ( ) Your child is progressing satisfactorily. An interview is not required this time. N.B. The schedule below will be returned to you with your confirmed appointment. Please remember Friday, March 13th is a pedagogical day.
