Predator destructor InstructionsFaire un rhino puis lupgrader aves les tourrelles latrales et le canon. The barrels of the las- and auto-cannon are done by rolling a strip of normal paper around a ballpen cartridge or something similar, until it has the right diameter. On the left side a sketch how to create the swivel joint for the turret and the side lascannons (each twice). There are three layers. Glue the two green togethere, then the grey around, but not the green with the grey. Now glue the turret on top of the green.

Pour cela procd comme indiqu dans la figure 2 Try some fine filler as used for car repair to fill the gaps between the edges of the structure. The "wings", parts 7 and 10, are done as 1mm thick structure and attached slightly inclining on the sides and the bottom. Same with the defusor 6 (incl. structure 6a + 6b). Parts 4 and 5 and the stand 9a + 9b are done as normal and glued on the top and bottom. Do the additional structure L and 8a - 8d 0,5 to 0,8 mm thick. Not shown in this sketch: the chairs in the cockpit and the engines on the backside (both done 0,8 mm thick). At last create the weapons (use standard paper as they are really small, then add structure aprox. 0,5 mm thick). Create the barrels and muzzles by rolling a strip of normal paper around a ballpen cartridge or something similar, until it has the right diameter.

First the three main parts: Glue (1a) and (1b) together. Glue this around (1c), then strengthen inside with the two (1d) and finally close it with the other (1c). Repeat (1a)-(1d), then (2a)-(2d).

Next is the structure on the sides and top of the Land Raider. Do the complete landr3.gif as 1.0 to 1.5 mm thick structure.

lace (A) and then (B) on the sides, then (C) to (H) on the top of the tracks like shown in the picture above. Use some fine filler, green stuff or similar to create the 45 deg flattenings on the edge. Repeat with (I) to (L) on the upper back edge of the hull. Now glue tracks and hull together and add (3) at the backside of the hull and fix four exhaust pipes (4). Part (5) is placed at the front of the hull. Next are the front door structure (M) and (N), the various track parts (O) , (P) and the hatches (Q) - (S). I did all 0.8 mm thick.

Last are the side sponsons. Most parts are done as 1.5 mm structure exept (6), which is done as normal. For the Lascannons, roll a 2.5 cm width strip of normal writing paper around a ballpen cartidge or something similar, until it has the right diameter. Repeat this with a 0.6 mm strip for the muzzle. To make the Land Raider look "real", place many small details all over the tank and finally do a good painting job.

Garde ImprialeChimreInstructions: Print chim1.gif on 0.5 mm thick cardstock. This template contains all parts for the left track section. Cut out (1) and (2). Optional: Cut out the small rectangle in (2), and glue the wedge (3) with the open end behind the opening. Cut out (4a) and (4b) and glue them together to a ring and close it on both sides with (1) and (2). There are two layers of structure, (5) and (6) to be done 1 mm thick and glued on the surface of (2). This is a little time intense, but gives the chimera the right look. Optional: Create several small circles from 1mm cardstock and glue them where indicated. Tip: You can easilie create such circles with pliers normaly used to punch holes int belts, etc. Next is the box on the side: Glue together (7a) and (7b) to a ring and close on one side with (8). Tip: on the side where the box is glued to the track section, you can try to remove the glueing strips, and glue it with just some drops of superglue. Optional: add some structure (on the templates right beside the box) as 0.5 mm thick card on the side surface. Cut out several of the small rectangles as 1mm thick structure and glue them all around the track section. Optional: repeat this with the even smaller rectangles and glue one centric on every gap between two of the lager ones. Reapeat this steps with the right track section from chim2.gif. Print chim3.gif. This template contains all parts for the main hull and turret. Cut out (11) and (10). Cut out (12a) and (12b) and glue them to a ring. Close both sides with (10) and (11). Optional: For the front and rear side there is some 0.5 mm thick structure. Optional: Create the small (13) twice and fix them on the back side. On the left bottom corner of the template there is additional structure for the top side of the main hull. Create all 1.0mm thick and glue where indicated. Part (14) is the heavy bolter, to be glued on the left front side. Last is the turret. Main part is (15), which is maybe the most difficult part of the chimera. (16) forms a hatch for the top of the turret. The multilaser itself is done by rolling a normal pice of paper around a ballpaperpen cartridge until the roll has the right diameter. The muzzle is created the same way by rolling a small strip of paper around one end of the roll.

Leman RussCut out (1a) and (1b) and glue them together so that they form a ring. Close this ring on both sides with (2a) and (2b). On one side, add the three layers of structure. The first (3) is done 0.5 mm thick, the other two (4) and (5a), (5b), 1.0 mm thick. Optional: Create several small circles from 1mm cardstock and glue them where indicated. Tip: You can easilie create such circles with pliers normaly used to punch holes int belts, etc. If you want to equipt the Leman Russ with side sponsons, do part (6). Don't forget to cut out the rectangle before you fold/glue. There is some structure for the sponsons, done approx. 1.0 mm thick. Next is the joint for the heavy bolter. Cut out the small circles (7) and glue each smaller one centric on the larger ones. Now there is a small gap between the edges. Bend (8) to a roll and glue the open ends into these gaps. Do the parts (9a) and (9b), glue them together and fix both to the joint. Optional: there is some very small structure for the bottom and top of the heavy bolter. Now glue this all inside the sponson (with the bolter pointing out of it), then fix the whole sponson to the track section. Tip: Try superglue for this step. Cut out several of the small rectangles as 1mm thick structure and glue them all around the track section. Optional: repeat this with the even smaller rectangles and glue one centric on every gap between two of the lager ones. Reapeat this steps with the other track section from lem2.gif. Print lem3.gif. This template contains all parts for the main hull. Cut out the main hull body (10) and glue it to form a ring. Then close both open sides of this ring with the hull sides (11a), (11b). The rear corners are flattened. Close this holes with the small triangles on both sides. (12) gives the front lascannon. Do this the same way as the heavy bolter side sponsons on the track sections. Optional: There is some structure for the front, (13), to be done 0.5 mm thick and placed left and right of the lascannon housing. Part (14) is glues on the front bottom right under the lascannon, (15) an the backside of the main hull. Glue (16) on the top of the main hull. Tip: Cut this part without any glueing strips, then fold it, hold two matching edges together and drop a small amount of superglue from inside on the connection. Last part on this template is the hatchet (17) with the 0.5 mm thick structure (17b) for the top and (17c) 1.0mm for the sides. The last template, lem4.gif is the turret.
