Assessment Worksheet (EAW) Dear Mr. Orange The Nicollet Island – East Bank Neighborhood Association (NIEBNA) Board of Directors at its meeting of May 11, 2004 formally reviewed and discussed the EAW for the Pillsbury A-mill Project (Project). NEIBNA is hereby on record that the EAW dated January 2004, as amended and extended, is sufficient. Further, we feel that an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) would not develop new information that would be required or useful to our further consideration of the Project. Therefore, the EAW should be accepted. Note: this does not mean that NIEBNA approves any specific detail of the overall design of the Project (the building heights, in particular).
