center. Please schedule and test within the authorization time frame shown below. If the details of your

authorization do not appear correctly, please contact the APICS certification department immediately at

exams@apics.org.

Instructions for scheduling your appointment

You are now authorized to take the exam listed above. You must have an exam appointment before

arriving at the test center. Please schedule your appointment as soon as possible, as appointments are on

a first-come, first-served basis. Same-day appointments and walk-ins are not permitted.

You may schedule your appointment by visiting the APICS website at apics.org/myapics and logging in to

your MY APICS account. Navigate to the My APICS Certifications tab and click to expand Exam

Authorizations and Credits. Click the link next to the examination you wish to schedule, cancel or

reschedule to access to the Pearson VUE scheduling system.
