INSTRUCTIONSThis is a broad outline of a Coaching session. It is generic to accommodate a broader set of users. A user can make copies of the outline and use it repeatedly, as and when required.Imagine you have a Virtual Coach who is taking you through a Coaching session. You are expected to be Honest and Open in communicating with self in the process of Reflection and Response.
