Peerlo’s  Employee  Referral  Program  

Goals  

• Introduce  new  talent  to  the  business  

• Leverage  employee  relationships  

• Reward  our  people  for  their  efforts  

 

The  Details  

The  act  of  referring  great  talent  to  our  organisation  deserves  to  be  rewarded.    Peerlo  commits  to  

providing  our  employees  with  the  following  reward  for  successful  referrals.  

• Up  to  $1000.00  “Gadget  allowance”  

o To   be   spent   on   electronic   goods   which   can   be   used   for   a   business   purpose.    

Suggestions  include  iPhone,  iPad,  BlackBerry  etc.    

• One  box  of  Biscuits  

o Biscuits  are  of  Peerlo’s  choosing.    This  may  include  (but  is  not  limited  to)  TimTams,  

MonteCarlo’s,  Mint  Slice,   Iced  VoVos  or  Ginger  Snaps.    There  will  be  no  provision  

for  Milk  Arrowroot  biscuits  because  they  are  boring.  

 

Eligibility  

Peerlo  employees  are  eligible  to  receive  the  referral  reward  under  the  following  conditions:  

• The  referred  person  is  entered  into  the  Peerlo  database  by  the  employee,  and  attached  as  

a  referral  to  the  Peerlo  requisition.  

• The  referred  person  has  not  been  referred  by  another  Peerlo  employee.  

• The  referred  person  begins  work  at  Peerlo.

 More  details  (aka  Terms  and  Conditions)  

• Referral  reward  is  payable  at  commencement  of  the  referred  employee’s  tenure  at  Peerlo,  

regardless  of  the  period  of  their  employment.  

• “Gadget  allowance”  is  up  to  $1,000.00.    Should  the  selected  gadget  be  less  than  $1,000.00  

(gross),  additional  monies  owing  will  be  paid  into  the  employee’s  next  salary  period.  

• Choice  of  gadget  is  completely  up  to  the  employee,  however  must  be  able  to  be  purchased  

and  easily  delivered  within  Australia.  

• The  “Gadget”  will  be  purchased  by  Peerlo  and  delivered  to  the  employee’s  office.  

• The  “Biscuits”  will  be  purchased  by  Peerlo  and  delivered  to  the  employee’s  office.  

• Food  allergies  will,  of  course,  be  taken  into  account.
