Facilities that are subsidized "5% Subsidized' or "At least 1 out of 6 Subsidized" are eligible for all grant types.Those NOT subsidized are only eligible for the Start with STARS grant

1. The Grant Closed checkbox will be set to yes if the Contract End Date is a past date.

2. The Unspent Amount is auto-calculated from the difference between Amount Approved and Actual Spent.

3. Duplicate grant record with the same Grant Description, Contract Date and Grant Type cannot be created.

4. The Amount Approved for a Grant Type is an addition of all the amount approved for each of the different Grant Categories.
