Early this afternoon, we’re off on a scenic, narrated tour along the Windward Coast to the Polynesian Cultural Center. DAY 3 OahuBreakfast / Pearl Harbor Arizona Memorial and Honolulu Sightseeing / Society of Seven Cocktail Show and Dinner

Linger a little longer with another breakfast in paradise. Then we set off for Pearl Harbor to commemorate the “day that will live in

infamy,” December 7, 1941. Few Americans who set foot on the Arizona Memorial can avoid a few goose bumps…

We continue on to the Historic Punchbowl National Cemetery followed by a panoramic sightseeing tour of downtown Honolulu.

Tonight we enjoy a great dinner with wine at the Hyatt followed by the incredible ‘Society of Seven Show’ with a cocktail. B, D

DAY 4 Oahu/Maui FlightFlight to Maui / Tour the Iao Valley & Lahaina Town / À la Carte Dinner at the Hyatt Regency Maui Resort

After breakfast we jet to Maui, the “Valley Island.”

In 1778, Captain James Cook arrived in “Mowee” ending the idyllic life of the Polynesian natives. In Cook’s wake came traders, missionaries and whalers. At the height of the whaling era (1840 to 1865), Lahaina Town served as the anchorage for more than 500 ships!

We’ll visit the Iao Valley to view the famous Iao Needle and drive through Lahaina town on our way to our hotel.

DRESS IN HAWAII: Dress is casual all the way! Jackets are not required for gentlemen.

BAGGAGE: Each tour member is limited to one large suitcase and one small carry-on due to limited baggage area on buses. Airlines are now charging for excess baggage as well as for overweight and larger suitcases. Check your airline’s website or call the airline directly for updated information. As Perillo Tours cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged luggage, the Perillo Protection Plan outlined below is highly recommended.

CANCELLATIONS AND INSURANCE: If you cancel your reservations, the penalties shown below will apply depending on the length of time remaining before departure. Your right to receive a refund is limited. Cancellation charges are based on the price of the tour and the number of weeks prior to departure we receive your notice.

REFUND: All refunds are conditioned upon your understanding that your acceptance of a refund is on the express condition that you release us from all further liability and you thereby waive all additional rights and remedies under this contract or any applicable state, federal or foreign law.

TOUR MEMBERS NEEDING SPECIAL ASSISTANCE: Any disability requiring special attention should be reported to Perillo Tours at the time the reservation is made. Perillo Tours will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the special needs of disabled tour participants,

RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENT: Receipt of a deposit of $350 per person, and signed contract is required to hold your reservation.The balance is due 60 days before departure. Certified bank checks or credit cards are required for reservations and final payments made within 30 days of departure. For reservations and payments received within 21 days of departure, you will be charged the cost of sending documents by express mail, now in the range of $10 to $25.

Any person or entity, including a travel agent, with whom you deal other than Perillo Tours in purchasing this tour acts strictly as your agent in dealing with us. Accordingly, we disclaim liability for payments made to anyone until we receive such payment earmarked for your account and we accept it as such.

RETURN INFORMATION: Your tour terminates in Maui or Kauai after breakfast on the final day. Big Island Tour ends in Kona. Hotel check-out time is 12:00 noon. Hospitality rooms, based on availability, may be made available to guests with flights departing after 3:00p.m. Due to the time difference, most passengers actually arrive back home the morning after they leave Hawaii.

PRICES: All prices are subject to increase due to any increase in our costs, such as, but not limited to: increases in air, land or sea fares, fuel cost, etc.

All taxes, fuel surcharges, security charges and any other taxes or charges imposed by airlines, airports, governments, etc. are not included in air price.

Tour members who have not purchased their air tickets from Perillo Tours, or are arriving early or extending their stay in Hawaii, must arrange their own transportation from airport to hotel and hotel to airport.

Car rental insurance and gasoline costs are not included.

No refund will be made for any accommodations or services included in the tour that you do not use.

In case of any printing typographical error, computer error, or human verbal or billing error, we reserve the right to invoice/or re-invoice participants with corrected billing. TICKET REVISION/CANCELLATION FEE: Once tickets are issued, a $150 per ticket revision/cancellation fee will apply to each ticket plus the cost of express mail charges. This fee is subject to change.
