1. Quality of the rollers The quantity of chrome, the hardness and the finishingsurfaceis the highest level on the market . Advantages of these parameters are : Harder rollers it means longer life Higher finishing surface it means faster cleaning operation

2. The glue on the upper rollers is applied through one injector fittedon a linear actuatorBesides with one injector we can have under control the flow and be faster in cleaning maintenance
4. It’s standard supply provides roll coater with infeed and outfeedbelts. Each belt has own motor so the customer can adjust differentspeed in case of need.
3. Roller height / distance adjustmentThe position of the rollers is done through SERVOMOTORS( EVO version – full automatic ) Precision in position of the rollers ± 0.01 mm it means ~ 10 gr glue…. MORE PRECISION – LESS WASTE
