You will also receive company standard employee benefits package (including health insurance), 4.1 Death Benefit. Should Employee die during the term of employment, The Company shall pay to Employee's estate any compensation due through the end of the month in which death occurred.

Offer of Employment

Your start date, compensation, benefits, and other terms of employment will be as set forth below. 1. Position and Duties. 5. Authorization to work. . In principle, all individuals who are not European within the meaning of the Basic Law need a work permit and Resident Permits are issued in the light of the labour market situation and the personal circumstances in each individual case. EU subjects and aliens with right of abode do not need a work permit. However, the immigration authorities request approval from the (British Employment Agency)

6. DESIGNATION; MARKETING EXECUTIVE

SALARY: SALARY: £8,440.00 (EIGHT THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRAND AND FOUTY POUNDS) monthly. Equivalent can be paid on currency which you prefer but depending on your home country.

JOB LOCATION: London, United Kingdom

RESUME WORK DAY: 9th Jan. 2012.

WORK PERIODS: Mondays through Fridays, Time: 8.00am to 4.00pm with break period between 12.00noon to 2.00pm.

ALLOWANCE: Hazard/Inconveniences allowance 15% of Basic salary. Entertainment allowance 10% of Basic salary. All allowances are paid weekly and locally in Pounds. (B) Employee shall be entitled to a leave allowance of an additional 100% percent of their basic salary. (C) Free to and fro tickets to cover the span of their home leave. No allowances on leave period. Pfizer Pharmaceuticals London United Kingdom will provide the necessary equipment, supplies, free medical care, insurance policy and efficient security while undertaking the services.

All expatriate are entitled to a one (1) month paid home leave which can be taken once at a time or two (2) weeks apart from one different period.

MEDICAL/HEALTH SERVICE FACILITIES AND INSURANCE PLAN FOR FAMILY: (A) The Employee shall be entitled to comprehensive health care services, which are to be administered by Medical Experts. (B) Encase of emergency situation, Employee will be attended by the best United medical experts or any country suitable for the best medical attention. This decision can be influenced by the findings of the company’s medical experts, unless the expatriate in question states otherwise. (C) After three (3) months of service all expatriates will be entitled to a Health Service Insurance Plan (HSIP) for family. The Health Service Insurance Plan is designed to cover only five (5) members of your family. The Health Service Insurance Plan (HSIP) allowance can also be paid to the expatriates at the rate of 1500.00 Pounds per family member per month which can be transferred on monthly basis without being subjected to tax.

ACCOMMODATION: The Company will provide a four Bedroom Apartment for the employee.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT

7. JOB PROCEEDING/REQUIREMENT: European and Non European Union citizens employed by Pfizer Pharmaceuticals London United Kingdom

(1) Will have their hard copies of their Employment documents sent to The Central Placement Office of the Institute for Oversea Employment Certification, The Federal Ministry for Employment and Social Security for their expatriate’s employee’s approval for work eligibility permit and residence registration legalities.

(2) Expatriate employees are recommended to contact INSTITUTE FOR OVERSEA EMPLOYMENT CERTIFICATION United Kingdom. For liaison purpose to facilitate the registration of your employee’s approval for work eligibility permit in London medical council registration authorization , delivery of your Job/employment Engagement Documents and other supporting document with the United Kingdom Medical Council, British Employment office in London and British Ministry for Employment and Social Security.

(3) All expenses incurred in relation to your Employment Certification /Job engagement Process is liable to compensation and refund before expatriate employees travel for commencement of work in due time.

(4) Regarding the above subject matter, you are to be responsible for the procurement of your Employment Certification / British Medical Council eligibility authorization as to indicate your eligibility, readiness and seriousness to the employment offered with all official receipts of expenses associated with the procurement of your Employment Certification received from the recommended INSTITUTE FOR OVERSEA EMPLOYMENT CERTIFICATION which will be sent to the accounting department of Pfizer Pharmaceuticals London United Kingdom for compensation /refunds.

(5) Employee shall in no circumstance solicit Pfizer Pharmaceuticals United Kingdom; to deduct the The Central Placement Office of the Institute for Oversea Employment Certification, The Federal Ministry for Employment and Social Security fees from their first month salary or from their host company. Employee is eligible for a refund /compensation. Employee will be granted a full refund of expenses incurred and other monetary benefits will be issued to employee only when they must have been found satisfactorily committed by procuring their Oversea Employment Certification, employment authorization documents/ United kingdom Medical Council residence registration authorization papers through the assistance of INSTITUTE FOR OVERSEA EMPLOYMENT CERTIFICATION to expedite with the British Ministry for Employment and Social Security here in London United Kingdom for swift resumption of duty in London United Kingdom legally.

(6.) You are to furnish us with all necessary Oversea Employment Certification and Job/employment Engagement Documents and other supporting document with the United Kingdom Medical Council, British Employment office in London and British Ministry for Employment and Social Security to work in

London United Kingdom legally on or before the 19th DEC., 2011 as a proof of readiness to join Pfizer Pharmaceuticals London United Kingdom. Also to enable you receive your 75% of one month salary including your due entitlements/emoluments prior to your departure for resumption of work with Pfizer Pharmaceuticals London United Kingdom

THE AGREEMENT 8.1This agreement supersedes and replaces all previous employment, written and verbal, between the parties and constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. 8.2Neither party may assign their obligations nor rights under this agreement to any other person in any circumstances whatsoever except with the prior written consent of the other party. 8.3 No waiver of any breach of this agreement shall be deemed to be a waiver of any other or subsequent breach. The failure of either party to enforce any provision of this agreement at any time shall not be interpreted as a waiver of the provision. 8.4 This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of UNITED KINGDOM. A single arbitrator agreed upon by the parties shall decide any dispute between the parties arising out of this agreement.
