Official Community Plan Amendment:
A bylaw to amend Bylaw No. 400, Official Community Plan, 2010,
to strengthen policies for a “West Coast” theme in the Town Centre
and to amend the development permit area guidelines for the Town
Centre to include more guidelines around architectural details,
site and building design and building materials.
