Photo Upload Utility Video Tutorials The All NEW Photo Upload Utility Tool makes uploading photos to TheMLS.com™ far easier with enhanced functionality and time saving features, including:

Uploading Photos From the Listings menu, select Photos (Listing/Agent) and select the Active, Pending, Backup Listings button.

Click the MLS# of the listing for which you are uploading photos:

Click the “Upload” button in the upper left corner of the screen. Note: Photos must be in JPG/JPEG format and cannot exceed 5 megabytes each.

The upload field is now active. Click “Browse Files”

Locate the folder where your photos are stored. Click and Drag each photo as shown below

-OR- Select one or more files (hold down the “Ctrl” key to select more than one file) then click “Open”.

After all photos have been selected, click Upload in the upper left.

After all photos have been processed, you will receive a message that your photos have been uploaded successfully. Click “Ok” to return to the main photo upload screen.

Managing Photos

Once uploaded, photos can be rotated, deleted, replaced, published or unpublished. In addition, photos can be sorted and captions can be added. Slide Bar View To view the listing photos in a larger format, slide the bar in the top right corner of the screen to the right.

Photo Buttons Overview

Adding a Caption Each photo can have a caption that is up to 150 characters. To add a caption, click the “Add a caption” field, then enter a description. Captions can be added for any or all of the photos on a listing.

When finished, click “Save Changes”.

Delete the Photo Date and Time of when the photo was uploaded

Designate the photo as the main photo.

Unpublish the photo from agent and public view.

Replace/update the photo with another.

Rotate the photo to the left or right.

Replacing, Un-publishing, or Deleting Photos

There are several options for selecting the photos you would like to have display on a listing:

Replacing a photo allows you to exchange one photo with another.

Un-Publish Photo removes the photo from the listing without deleting it from the system. It remains visible only to those who have access to modify the listing (listing agent or listing administrator).

Deleting the photo will remove the photo from the listing and the system. The photo will no longer be visible to anyone.

Replacing a Photo To replace a photo, click the “Replace” icon.

Click the “Browse Files” button, then repeat the steps in How To Upload a Photo.

Unpublishing Photos Unpublishing a photo removes it from the listing without deleting it from the system. The photo remains visible to those who have access to modify the listing (listing agent or listing administrator). Select the photo(s) you wish to Unpublish.

Click the “Unpublish” button in the top right corner. The selected photos are moved to the Unpublished section of the screen.

Re-Publishing a Photo To re-publish a photo, select the photo to be published from the Unpublished Photos.

Click the “Publish” photos button, then “Save Changes”. The photo will now be placed in the Published Photos section and will be viewable by agents and the public.

Deleting a Photo Select the photo(s) you wish to delete.

Click the “Delete” button. Confirm the action by clicking Yes or No. Slide Show The Slide Show allows the user to manually advance the photos or the system will advance to the next photo automatically. An added feature in the is the “Print Report” button, where you can choose to print in a two or three column format and choose to display or hide the captions to be printed on the report as well. Click the “Slide Show” button in the upper left corner of the screen.

- Print all photos in a 2 or 3 column format. - Turn on/off captions to be printed on the report.

Scroll to the previous/next photo.

Hide/Show the Carousel

View the previous photos in the Carousel

Expand the window for a larger view the photo.

Play will advance to the next photo.

Select either a 2 or 3 column format to print.

Click the “Hide captions” button to hide all captions for each photo

Print Button

Sorting (re-organizing photos) Click the “Sort” button.

In one action: place the mouse on the photo, hold down the mouse button, and drag the photo to the desired position. ( See Below)

Enter the number of the position you want the photo to be placed in.

Click the “Save” button to save your changes.
