Use this guide, along with the Points Planner on the Vitality website, to choose your favorite activities and create your personal path to better health. Each activity has its own point value, as shown in this guide. Keep earning Vitality PointsTM to increase your Vitality Status® and enjoy more rewards. Plan Your Path to Better Health

Increase Your Vitality Status

As you earn Vitality Points, your Vitality Status increases and so do your savings. You need to earn 1,000 Vitality Points in 2018 before you can increase your current savings and/or earn savings for 2019. After you earn the initial 1,000 Vitality Points, keep earning points until you reach Platinum Status.

Vitality Reviews

Completing physical and mental health reviews is a great way to check your overall wellness. Plus, when you take the VHR, Vitality uses your results to recommend personal health goals. Learn more at Vitality > Points > Points Planner > Vitality Reviews.

Whether you love the cardio blast of a spin class or the meditative power of yoga, Vitality rewards your efforts. You earn points based on the level of your workout. Vitality Check

Knowing your numbers helps you set the right goals, and keeping your numbers in a healthy range is worth a lot of Vitality Points. You earn Vitality Points for each screening you take (other than cotinine), and additional points for in-range results. If you don’t meet Vitality’s in-range measurements, Vitality provides alternate goals you can complete to earn the remaining points. You may choose to retake your screening and submit in-range results anytime within the calendar year. You can earn points for either completing an alternate goal or retaking your screening, but not for both. Learn more at Vitality > Points > Points Planner > Vitality Check.
