For more than 85 years, the Greater Joliet Area YMCA has been serving people from throughout Will, Grundy and parts of Kendall Counties, regardless of their age, income or background. The Y is committed to making programs, services and memberships possible for all. We served over 7,800 individuals with $1.1 million in scholarship assistance last year. Each day, families like yours turn to the Y for much-needed before school and after school programs, summer camps, youth sports, group fitness classes and swim lessons. The Y brings families closer together, encourages good health, and fosters connections through fitness, sports, fun and shared interests. But, most importantly, its doors are open to everyone, regardless of age, income or background. At the Y, no one is ever turned away due to the inability to pay.

All proceeds from the Giving Gala benefit the YMCA’s scholarship fund.
