PMP Exam Prep Course

The PMP exam preparation certificate that can be completed in 9 weeks. The first course, PM 3495 provides a comprehensive review of all ten project management knowledge areas and five project processes with a special emphasis in the preparation to take and pass the PMP exam offered by PMI. The course will facilitate the review of the Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge. Supplemental materials provide 250 PMP type questions, 25 in each knowledge area plus 25 for professional responsibility and ethics. Plus a CD that simulates the PMP exam with over 700 PMP type questions.

The second course, PM 3501 is an intensive PMP exam preparation including a full length practice exam, evaluation of results and a Personalized Study Plan based upon identified weaknesses. The exam prep course also includes a PMP exam prep text with over 400 additional PMP type questions and answers. This focus of this course is drilling and repetition in preparation for the exam.
