UltraPolymers PP for Rotational Moulding

Many customer has been sampled Many difficult moulds have been trailed Only positive feedback on processing and impact strength

• very good mould fillings

• easy processing – close to polyethylene

• No / low amount of pinholes

• good impact strength at low temperatures

Polypropylene for the rotomoulding industry

1. In order to expand into new markets, the rotational moulding industry needs materials

offering:

• higher stiffness

• higher surface hardness

• high temperature stability

TOUGHNESS is major requirement for rotomoulded products

Polyethylene fulfill the toughness requirements very well

Polypropylene should come close to this performance and give the extras typical for PP
