Small studio (~300 sq. ft.) – 1 full size bed, new laminate floor, separate full kitchen and bath - $1550/month for 1 month, Daily rate @$55/day (all utilities included) - 3+ month lease: $1350.00 + $100.00 variable utilities = $1450/mo.

Every unit has separate full size kitchen, bath, all living/dining room furniture, ironing board/iron, laundry basket; kitchen equipped with oven/stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, disposal, toaster, coffee maker, cookware. By request: blender, food processor, sandwich maker, pressure cooker, rice cooker, chopsticks/bowls, baking accessories; babies/children furniture, crib sheets/blankets, rocking chair, breast feeding pillow, high chair, infant bath tub, bouncer, and car seat. Wifi-internet and Basic cable included, extended cable additional charge.

House Rules: 10:00pm to 7:00am are quiet hours. This is a “non-smoking” property, with designated exterior smoking area for residents and their guests.

Security deposits and exit cleaning: $600 –$1000 (varies by type and length of stay) - refundable upon exit with no damages. $500 Pet deposit (flea eradication fee applies at exit time per exterminator bill and sofa cleaning charge). $30/hour cleaning rate will be assessed based on exit cleaning services rendered: all house provided

linens/sheets/pillows/cushions must be laundered by housekeeping.

Maintenance: We provide same day service – usually within 4 hours.
