Looking : The Dome

The purpose of this com-petition was to design a looking device that could be inserted through the wall that will allow the public to see the varsity stadium.

I made a dome which had a fish eye lense for the glass. This will allow the viewers to see the stadium in a panaramic view. Us-ing minimum materials I was able to make a prod-uct that fit the requir-ments.

MAKING: MAZE RUNNER

For this project I was chal-lenged to make a model on a program called ‘Minecraft’ us-ing only two ‘L’ shaped pairs.

I designed a maze using two ‘L’ shapes overlapping ech other. To apply vista, to-tem and ascention I decided to make each ‘L’ shape out of a different material, one being bushes and the other, con-crete.

MOVING: KEIKEN

For this assignment our aim was to create a film of a building. Using the selected building and the surround-ing context, I had to create a 90-180 second film that documents an experience of the building through the course of a 24-hour day.

I chose to film the Toronto Reference library . I named this project “Keiken” which translates to ‘Experience’ from the Japanese lan-guage. I focused on the stunning architecture of the library and tried to show off the lighting and facade of the building. The film conveys what one might view and experience while in the library.
