Noosa Ultimate Sports Fest 2013

As lead designer of this new event I was responsible for developing an overall design that had a sense of fun and that reflected the Noosa area. I designed all posters, brochures, signage, finish arches, finish tapes, advertisements (Social Media, Bus Backs, Magazine Ads and Web). While I also developed the main event logo and sub-event logos; Swim Noosa, Cycle Noosa and Run Noosa.

e-Marketing with Ocean Peak Australia Pty Ltd

As Marketing and Design Manager I came up with the idea for Ocean Peak Australia to send e-blasts out every three weeks to all our current customers. The idea is to remind them of current dates that are coming up i.e. Fathers Day, Easter Holidays etc. As well as bringing their attention to new lines and products we are currently selling. From the eDMs I have increased our client base by 10% within 2months and had an average open rate of 39%. While sales and performance has increased dramatically.

While I am limited in the design aspect (the header and product images were not created by me nor was the Ocean Peak website). I have plans in the future for Ocean Peak to develop a totally new website in which I will be creating from scratch.


Self-initiated task. Web layout for my own website, AimeeleighB Designs. The idea of this website is a one page scroll with a parallax navigation bar. This website is currently under construction. The AimeeleighB website reflects my simple and minimalistic style with a commercial touch.

As lead designer of this event I was responsible for re branding and updating the overall design that had a sense of fun and felt achievable. The rebrand had to also showcase elements of the Gold Coast while still be easily recognisable from previous years designs. I designed all posters, brochures, signage, finish arches, finish tapes, advertisements (Social Media, Bus Backs, Magazine Ads, Web attire). While I also re branded Gold Coast triathlon sub-events; Gold Coast Enticer and Superkidz Triathlon.
