Description:The complete Refurbishment of Hong Kong's largest Ballroom and Stairwell area. Works consisted of the complete demolition and removal of existing finishes and the provision of new specialty Ceilings, Lighting, Floor and Wall Finishes, Doors, Frames and Ironmongery, Joinery and Furniture Fixtures & Fittings. Work was carried out to a fast-track schedule within an occupied Hotel environment.

Project Highlights:-

• Working at height within the building confines.• Exceptionally high finishes & specifications constantly monitored & under scrutiny by

the Designer and the Client.• Working within an operational space involving not only Client personnel but also the

general public.
