SUNHERALEX CONSULTING LIMITED OF TANZANIA has a sister company in the Republic of South Africa. The Sunheralex Consulting, RSA was established about 13 years go by two prominent ex-IBMers with information technology consultants and computer hardware-software expertise of not less than 35 years’ experience. Having expanded its services to Tanzania in the last one decade, the company decided to establish a sister company to provide a reliable hands-on support to its customers.
SUNHERALEX CONSULTING COMPANY of Tanzania was therefore incorporated in July 2012 and started its operations immediately. It is now among the leading companies in the data centre and information system security services and goods in Tanzania. It is now providing solutions that are reliable to major financial institutions, medium and small companies and organisations in the government.
Our Strong Sourcing Partnerships and relationships major top brands such as IBM together with the goodwill of our Sister Company have made the Company reliable resources for all customers in Tanzania and East African Region. Besides, the development of the Company keeps the customer heart and focuses the development of good and reliable customer relationships. We believe that without customers no company, products and services we therefore work with our customers to obtain the best at the least cost of ownership.
Our Mission is therefore understanding needs of our customers, use of right technology and professional competence and working with our sourcing partners to provide the best quality and price always. It is our goal to ensure that customers enjoy a margin of preference, obtain the right technology, maximise returns and value appropriation, given the circumstances.
We supply a wide range of products and services based applications and packaged delivery, installation, testing, training and maintenance and repair. We abide with warranty terms and conditions issued by our sourcing partners and we believe that sourcing from one centre minimises costs of searching, contract management and management of different types of equipment and operating systems. We have operational and strategic sound solutions which each one must prefer.

SUNHERALEX CONSULTING LTD was incorporated as a private limited company under Chapter 212 of the Revised Edition 2002 of the Laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Its registered office is Suite 303, International House, Corner of Garden Avenue/Garden Avenue, Dar es Salaam. It is a VAT registered company The Managing Director supported by technical experts and sales and marketing personnel manages the day to day activities of the company. Our working time is 08.00-17.00 hrs local time except on Saturdays, Sundays and Gazetted public holidays and we have a call centre for emergencies at night and during non-working days.
