REINVENTING THE PODIUM 垂直空间关系创新

混合功能开发项目,传统的是以两层裙房基础塔楼在上的形式CONVENTIONAL 2 STOREY PODIUM OF A MIXED-USE DEVELOPMENT WITH TOWERS ABOVE

重新展望一下裙房,把它看做是一个穿孔的媒介,它作为一个联系的盒子衔接着功能和规划 RE-ENVISIONING THE PODIUM AS A PERFORATED MEDIATOR BETWEEN FUNCTIONS AND PROGRAMME AS A PUBLIC CONTINIOUS SQUARE

COHERENT DESIGN APPROACH连贯的设计策略

MY SCOPE 昆山朝阳天地项目从2011年5月份开始启动,我完整的接触到了这个项目从前期方案策划,到后期扩初图纸,再到现在破土动工整个过程。 前期我主要负责协助高级建筑师深化方案。到了方案设计阶段,我主要负责北侧地块的3栋SOHO塔楼以及底层裙房设计,以及一些分析图、平面图的绘制。到后期整个地块分三期开发,我主要负责绘制一期底层商业的平面,剖面扩初图纸,以及一些立面的细节设计。以及一些与LDI和客户的沟通工作。 i’ve been involved in this project since it was started. Now the phase one of this project has started been constructed. I was assisting the senior architect to develop the design at the begining, when it came to CD stage, my scope was to develop the soho towers with the retail podiums. i was focusing on DD drawings and contact LDi before we finish phase one DD package.

总体规划园区规划设计分为五个功能分区。结构清晰、简洁、优美。公共空间成串布置。类似案例,如英国剑河河畔的剑桥大学,科研与休闲功能结合布置,吸引大批行业内高端人才和学术研究领域顶尖人物,此处的环境为高端人才及其家人的生活、工作找到了平衡点。U-PARK 门户U湖未来网络创业孵化区(U-PARK)东部门户由两栋标识性建筑构成。标志性建筑之一是会议酒店,位于门户区的北侧,办公塔楼与商业裙房组成的另一栋标志性建筑,位居秣周路南侧转角。裙房柔和的造型以及塔楼优美的体态,给人以亲切感,是设置园区入口的绝佳位置。无线谷无线谷二期用地也是东南大学移动通讯实验室无线谷一期的延续,采用鱼骨式布局,以中央轴线连接各部分。相似案例,如英国剑桥大学与牛津大学,其校园的建筑共同形成正式或非正式的庭院花园公共空间,在这里,你可以同他人分享、交流。基地内已建成中心建筑将得到升级,中央广场将变身成为中央展示大厅。国际人才公寓U湖未来网络创业孵化区(U-PARK)总体规划设计范围内,最西端的地块环境相对安静,适宜在此处建设国际人才公寓。国际人才公寓包括多幢住宅塔楼以及裙房,塔楼与裙房的整体造型好似船尾与船体的关系,裙房内布置商业等配套服务设施。国际人才公寓内,精心设计花园式广场,通过主要行人通道与苏源大道连通。

MASTER PLANThe Master Plan integrates 5 zones into one coherent Campus. A Clear, Simple and Beautiful Structure. A Connected Sequence of Public Spaces. Similar to Cambridge University on the River Cam in the UK, Science & Technology is combined with Recreation, to attract the top Cap-tains of Industry and the top Research Academics, who seek a balanced lifestyle for themselves and for their families. U-PARK GATEWAYTwo Landmark buildings signal the East Gateway to the U-Park. The Conference Hotel marks the north corner, and a composition of Retail Podium with office towers confidently marks the south corner of Mo Zhou Road. The soft geometry of the podia and towers gracefully turn the corner to create a welcoming entrance into the Campus. U-CANYON The Wireless U-Canyon is an extension of the South East University layout, where the building wings extend from a central circulation spine. Similar to Oxford and Cambridge University in the UK, the buildings create both formal and informal courtyard gardens where people can come together to exchange ideas. The buildings provide generous balcony terraces for infor-mal meetings, overlooking the Courtyard Gardens and Riverfront Park. The existing Central Building within the U-Park Campus is upgraded in status, transforming the central courtyard into a prestigious Central Exhibition Hall.INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY An International Community resides in the quieter west end of the campus. Residential tow-ers come together as a composition, reminiscent of the ‘stern of a ship’ rising from a low level podium, containing support facilities and retail. An attractive courtyard garden in the center opens up in the direction of the main pedestrian axis, towards the important Su Yuan Road. (Render - International Community West Gateway)
