So, what do you want?

- Customers- Investors- Employees

Let’s start with

CUSTOMERS

Build trust.

Establish authority

- Know their pain points.- Prove your expertise.

Then you’ve got your

INVESTORS

State your case.

Use logic

- Be clear and focused. - State facts. - Back it up.

And, of course

EMPLOYEES

Create a connection.

Display empathy

- Look for common ground.- Appeal to imagination. - Make it about them.

In all cases, practice active listening.
