Eminess Technologies manufactures a complete line of
precision polishing slurries and pads.
Our ULTRASOLT M slurries consist of cerium oxide,
colloidal silica, diamond, aluminum oxide and zirconia
abrasives, which are blended with advanced chemistry
formulations to enhance suspension characteristics,
removal rate, and surface finish. If our offtheshelf
products should not fully meet your specific require
ments, we are happy to work with you on customized
solutions.
Eminess polishing pads are categorized in three groups:
advanced urethane, feltbased and poromeric pads.
Advanced urethane formulas are the base of all MH and
IC1000™ polishing pads. Feltbased pads are sold under
the SUBA™ brand and are comprised of polyurethane
impregnated polyester felts, ranging in hardness
and compressibility. Poromeric pads provide unique
polishing characteristics in final polish based upon
the combinations of pore structure, shape, density and
substrate composition.
The product quality and lottolot consistency of our
pads and slurries is ensured by strict manufacturing
controls and extensive testing prior to shipment.

Eminess Technologies offers high quality diamond tools
to facilitate the slicing process. The patented, multi
layered diamond blades from Semiconductor Materials
Inc. are the ideal solution for high precision cuts,
immaculate surface quality and minimized material
loss. These products benefit from decades of precision
engineering and meticulous testing. They are available
in different sizes and configurations but if a standard
implementation is not feasible, we can customize a
product to meet your expectations while maintaining
very reasonable minimum order quantities.
Furthermore, we have partnered with Valtech Corpora
tion and offer different beam and adhesive formulations
commonly used for mounting prior to slicing. These
customized ingot support beams accommodate work
pieces of various shapes and dimensions. The quick
curing and heat release epoxy adhesives offer various
formulations to meet your specific needs.
Finally, your slicing processes will benefit greatly from
our synthetic coolants, manufactured by Intersurface
Dynamics. These aqueousbased compounds feature
exceptional heat transfer capacity, provide optimized
removal rate and surface finish and increase the life time
of the diamond tools.

Eminess Technologies offers state of the art solutions for
grinding, lapping, rinsing and cleaning. Our assortment
contains aqueousbased grinding coolants for use at
high dilution ratio in recirculation and oncethrough
coolant systems. These coolants insure constant
lubrication to minimize thermal effects and to optimize
dimensional accuracy. They also extend the life of the
diamond tools and reduce the risk of chipping.
Our product assortment also includes suspension additi
ves for lapping and polishing that keep abrasive particles
evenly dispersed and work pieces, tools and slurry
lines clean by eliminating hardpacking of the abrasive.
This range is completed with aqueousbased detergents
for rinsing and ultrasonic/megasonic, for spray wash and
brush cleaning of crystalline and glass materials.
For the wiping of precision optical components, Eminess
offers a range of PVA clean room sponges from Aion Co.
with high water absorption and retention and resistance
