NOTICE IS HEREBYGIVEN that on 22ndJuly 2015MONMOUTHSHIRECOUNTY COUNCILintends to make anOrder under S14 of theRoad Traffic RegulationAct 1984. The order isproposed to facilitatethe construction of anew rail bridge. Theeffect of the order willbe to close StationRoad, Caldicot.

Diversion: Travel in aNortherly directionalong Station Road untilits junction with theB4245. Travel in anEasterly direction alongthe B4245 until its

 junction with Blackbird

Road. Travel in aSoutherly directionalong Blackbird Roaduntil its junction with theunnamed access roadto Caldicot Station andvice versa.

The Order will comeinto force on the 22ndJuly 2015 until no laterthan the 13th January2016.

By virtue of Section16(1) of the Road TrafficRegulation Act 1984 aperson whocontravenes, or whouses or permits the useof a vehicle incontravention of, arestriction or prohibitionimposed under Section14 of the Act shall beguilty of an offence.

FP No.38 HenllysCommunity from its

There are alternativeroutes along otherRights of Way andUCR’s.

The proposed order willcome into operation on15 July 2015 and willcontinue in force for aperiod of 6 months, oruntil the works havebeen completed,whichever is the sooner.
