All-Rounded Thematic Summer Camp Filled with Family Fun

China‧Hong Kong / International – 15 June 2016 – With the blink of an eye, the

long-awaited summer break for kids is fast approaching; it is the perfect time for

parents to start planning for their family vacation! The annual Star Cruises

signature event – “Junior Cruiser Program: Captain Charlie’s Academy at Sea”

is now open for admission on SuperStar Virgo, SuperStar Libra, SuperStar

Aquarius and SuperStar Gemini, where Captain Charlie and Charlene leads the

way to a fun-filled summer camp comprised of educational entertainment,

thematic cabins, kids menu and more!

Junior Cruisers in Training through Fun and Games

The first lesson of “Academy at Sea” unfolds at the Welcome Party with Captain

Charlie and Charlene: throughout the cruise, each student experiences a series

of interactive and engaging learning activities such as guided ship tour, music

and dance lessons, social and dining etiquette training, outdoor stargazing,

English workshop and storytelling. At the end of this fruitful summer holiday, the

students will successfully graduate as Junior Cruisers.

Every student of the “Academy at Sea” receives a Graduation Certificate signed

by the ship captain of SuperStar Virgo. Upon completion of each class, students

receive a stamp; by collecting the designated of stamps students will be

rewarded with a limited-edition souvenir.

Children Wonderland in Captain Charlie and Charlene’s Thematic Cabins

Captain Charlie and Charlene welcome all guests with new summer looks in

thematic cabins, where guests also enjoy exclusive in-cabin decorations and

thematic gift pack, as well as all-access pass for pre-registration and

complimentary enrolment in all “Academy at Sea” classes (applicable for

designated cruises only).

Thematic Menu with Children’s Favourites

Cruisers of SuperStar Virgo also get a taste of limited-time Captain Charlie

thematic kids menu, comprised of children’s favorite dishes such as burgers,

chicken nuggets, pasta and Japanese bento, as well as onigiri (rice balls) and

desserts with Captain Charlie designs. Captain Charlie-themed tableware are

served along with the kids menu to double the fun.
