Current Social media

Facebook- The Facebook page for Prime Auto Body Group is in the very beginning stages of becoming an actual tool to increase traffic to Prime Auto Body Group.

Twitter- There is no current Twitter account for Prime Auto. One will be created.

Instagram- There is no current Instagram account for Prime Auto. One will be created.

Plan of Action

1) Put together a campaign (Plan of Action) for the social media campaign.

2) Fusion Advertising will be creating pages for $100 per page.

3) Monthly Budget will be around $800 per month, $300 pay-per-click Facebook and $500 per month to monitor and actively take care of Prime Auto’s social media 3 days per week.

Goals

1) Connect with current and potential customers through Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram and to maintain an active role on these profiles to progressively increase the amount of people reached.

2) Promote various vehicles that are for sale to reach potential customers on all social media platforms.

3) Promote upcoming events and deals at the dealership

4) Convince people that Prime Auto is a reliable, professional business and a great place to choose their next vehicle.

Strategy

Goal 1: Connect with current and potential customers through Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram and to maintain an active role on these profiles to progressively increase the amount of people reached.

How will we stay in contact with customers who are engaged on our social media?

Responding to people when they comment, like, or tag Prime Auto on social media.

PPC (Pay per click) advertisements on Facebook that will target Facebook users in specific areas relative to Prime Auto’s location.

Posting relevant content that intrigues customers to bring them back to the social media accounts as well as redirecting to the website.

Posting positive reviews from review sites such as “Yelp”

Post pictures of customers alongside their new vehicle, showing business and a connection with the customer.

Providing photos on social media of the interior and exterior of the dealership so customers already know what it looks like before they plan to visit.

Sharing progress picture of the redesign of the website, as well as progress on logo design.

Goal 2: Promote various vehicles that are for sale to reach potential customers on all social media platforms.

How will these vehicles be promoted on social media?

From photos and descriptions of the vehicles taken from the website.

Email communication with Prime Auto providing photos and information about specific vehicles that can be shared to social media.

Links to the website to specific vehicles and content on the website.

Goal 3: Promote current and upcoming events and deals at the dealership

How will these deals be displayed on social media?

These deals will be displayed through weekly postings that are currently running for Prime Auto.

Email communication with Prime Auto providing photos and information about specific deals that can be shared to social media.

Links to the website to specific deals and content on the website.

Goal 4: Convince people that Prime Auto is a reliable, professional business and a great place to choose their next vehicle.

How will Prime Auto build a positive reputation on social media?

Photos of car salesman and other staff at Prime Auto, possibly their names and a short explanation of how they contribute to Prime Auto, this will give customers faces to recognize if they come and visit the dealership.

Posting high-resolution pictures of the vehicles, preferably multiple angles and not out of focus.

Photos of interior and exterior of car dealership location.

Responding to people when they comment, like, or tag Prime Auto on social media.

Facebook

Facebook will consist of assisting in completing goals 1,2,3,4 due to Facebook being more successful with posts with larger amounts of text.

This is due to the paid advertisements targeting a specific demographic for Prime Auto, this being the most effective way to reach customers closest to the dealership location.

These PPC advertisements will be targeted to a specific demographic based on age, gender, location, and interests.

Various videos can be used as well, commercials, and any videos that promote Prime Auto.

Discounted or special deals will reach the desired customer base more effectively through Prime Auto’s Facebook page.

The activity of the paid advertisements will be tracked via Facebook insights. (Analytics)

Twitter

Twitter will assist in completing goals 1,3,4.

Redirecting information will be shared, such as links to the newly redesigned website as well as other social media outlets.

Links for specific vehicles to bring people to the website.

Photos will be used when needed.

Relevant holidays.

Based on the success of the PPC advertisements on Facebook, Twitter ads may be utilized.

Instagram

Instagram will assist in completing goals 1,2,3,4.

Instagram is visual based, so this is a good choice to post photos of the cars that are available. Caption will consist of a directing to the website.

Email communication with Prime Auto providing photos and information about specific vehicles that can be shared to social media.

Photos and details of vehicles can also be taken straight from the updated website.

Photos and captions of Prime Auto employees.

Photos of customers next to their new car they purchased.

Photos of the interior and exterior of Prime Auto dealership.

Progress photos of the web site redesign as well as other social media profiles.

What is required

Prime Auto employees need to be aware of the plan to grow the social media so paying attention of when to take photos of the dealership and vehicle photos.
