Order No. RR 5- 14310/06/Thiruvananthapuram/Dated 19.08.2006 As per the orders and letter cited under reference (1), (2) and (3), this office had designated Joint Inspector General of registration, District registrars of various Districts and Sub Registrars as State Public Information Officer, Public Information Officer and Assistant Public Information Officer vide the order 4th cited The State Information Commission vide its letter cited 5th above has ordered to designate the Public Information Officers in accordance with the provisions contained in Section 5(1) of the Right to Information Act in all Administrative units/offices. As such it is expedient to designate the Public Information Officers and Assistant Public Information Officers in all the Administrative units/offices. Accordingly, in super session of the order cited 4th above issued from this office, the following Officers are designated as State Public Information Officers and State Assistant Public Information Officers respectively in the Administrative units/offices appearing against their designations.
