Select the Login to Testing option. The following screen will be displayed: If you haven’t already received your login credentials for the new testing system, select the Forgot Password option to have these credentials resent. You will be prompted to enter an e-mail address, which will be the current e-mail you have on file with ETA. If you can’t remember this e-mail, please contact our office between the hours of 8:00 am. – 5:00 p.m. Mon-Fri (excluding major holidays) to obtain the e-mail on record for your customer ID. If no previous e-mail has been provided, ETA staff will have to enter this updated information into the system. If you have received an e-mail containing your login credentials, please proceed to enter the customer ID and default password. The first task every proctor must complete is establishing a new password for security purposes. Please remember your login information, as it will not change!

Upon login, individuals will be prompted to update profile information. The first requirement is to change your login password. The following screen displays the immediate screen after logging into the new testing system: Begin making the necessary changes by selecting Edit Profile. The following screen shot shows the required fields missing from the profile information, as well as the area a new password should be entered. Once all profile information has been completed, select the Update Button. A yellow bar will appear indicating profile information was successfully updated. Continue by selecting Training Home button. The Help feature provides excellent resources for individuals to familiarize themselves with Trapeza. The CA’s main login screen contains additional options for standard users, ‘Schedule an Exam’ and ‘Scheduled Exams’. To begin the process of setting up a test for an individual, select the option to schedule an exam. You will be directed to a screen as shown in the example as follows:

Proctors should enter the information requested. You are not required to know an individuals customer ID number (used for future login information). The testing system database will search and display any possible matches for you to either select an existing customer or establish a new account record for the individual the exam is being scheduled for. Please note, if a new account is being established, it is the proctor’s responsibility to use the default password 0000 for the individual at the time they login to take the test. Please make sure they are provided with both a customer ID and the default password. **Helpful Tip ** When entering your school information – input a word or 3-4 letters and click the Show button. A drop-down list will appear consisting of all existing Proctors’ schools within our database. Please be careful to select the correct physical address location when multiple sites exist! Select Continue The next screen displays the populated list for all existing customers in the testing system with a matching name or relevance to “John Smith”:

You can select any of the displayed names if discovered as a match for the person taking the exam. If no matches are found, select the option to Create New Record. If a mistake was made with entry, please select the option to Change Schedule Parameters. In this case, the option to create a new record will be selected with the following example of the screen being displayed upon selecting this option. This screen also contains the field for a proctor to establish the new customer default password as shown below: Select Create This Record MAKE SURE YOU RECORD THE CUSTOMER ID NUMBER BEING SHOWN FOR THE NEW CUSTOMER RECORD. This information MUST be provided to the individual at the time they login to take their test. You can now see this newly scheduled exam by selecting Scheduled Exams. The day the scheduled exam arrives, you will see this on your main home page without the need to select Scheduled Exams. Always be sure to properly log out of the testing system. One new available feature with Trapeza is the option for supporting skills documentation to be submitted electronically such as fiber, data cabling, B-VOIP, etc. This is done in the manner of an online form in a replicated version of the regular form that can be submitted by the CA with a special pin-based electronic signature code for those proctors approved to administer these types of exams. The option still exists to print these forms and submit them in the traditional manner. We encourage you to use the electronic signature method for faster processing of online exams. This secured method allows for all documents to be electronically submitted in a secure manner with a separate unique pin-based code provided to protors. Everyone will have their own special code for these circumstances.

As you familiarize yourself with Trapeza, please feel free to contact Tracy Hall ([email protected]) at the ETA Main office for support. This new system provides all ETA customers with the opportunity to make changes to their profile

information and view any certifications obtained through ETA. Trapeza Online Testing is owned and operated by ETA International. Please provide feedback to help make Trapeza even better!

Thank you.
