FIRST AID INHALATION - If safe to do so, remove the casualty into fresh air. follow first aid steps and apply CPR if required -Call the Poisons Information Centre for advice on 13 11 26. EYE CONTACT - Irrigate the eye with cool running water, for at least 20 minutes. the area beneath the eyelid should be irrigated as well. Seek medical treatment immediately. SKIN CONTACT - Remove contaminated clothing or footwear ,Wash the affected area with cool running water thoroughly ,If necessary, seek emergency medical treatment. INGESTION - DO NOT INDUCE VOMITING UNLESS ADVISED TO DO SO BY THE POISONS INFORMATION CENTRE. Seek medical treatment immediately. Safety Data Sheets must be presented to medical staff if medical treatment is required It is recommended that all staff handling hazardous chemicals Have a current first aid certificate and all staff must have access to current Material Safety Data Sheets , First Aid kit should be readily available.

STEP BY STEP FOR USING FOOD GRADE SANITISER
1. PRE-TEST SANITISER CONCENTRATE NOTE: Change the sanitiser solution at least once every four hours. Test sanitiser concentration with Test Kits.

STEP ONE: Using your QT10 papers (tear off approximately 5cm)
STEP TWO: SPRAY BOTTLES Spray solution directly on the QT10 strip SINKS Dip the strip into the solution for 10 seconds, avoiding the foamed surface
STEP THREE: Compare the colour of the strip to the colour chart on the dispenser. Correct concentrate is 200ppmm.
SOAKING: Allow 1 minute to soak SPRAYING: Allow 2-3 minute once items have been sprayed. Let sanitised items dry
on a clean drain board Do not towel dry.
SPRAY BOTTLES: Diluted solution – Discard after 24hrs.
