Blast chilling quickly lowers temperatures to a safe level to prevent bacterial growth. A safe level for food is below 8°C or over 68°C. The blast chilling cycle is designed to drop temperatures for +70°C to 3°C in 90 minutes. This method can also maintain texture, flavour and appearance. Preserve food when staff are available and reheat for service later. Shock freezing over long time periods forms micro-crys-tals in the water content of food and helps to keep the flavour, texture and colour, making food last longer in your freezer.

INSTALLATION OF EQUIPMENT:

Acceptance is subject to status. We can propose any deal for finance. Full written details available on request.

LEASING AND FINANCE:

All prices are exclusive of value added tax.

TAXES:

The contents of this catalogue have been compiled from information received from our producers and while every effort is made to correct mistakes, size and specifications may change without prior notice.

E & OE:

Free delivery on orders over €200. Packing and delivery for orders under €200, €18 per consignment.

DELIVERY CHARGES:

We strongly recommend site surveys if you are purchasing cold rooms, warewashing equipment, large items and any other items you are not sure will fit in or connect to your existing gas, electricity, waste or water supply.

SITE SURVEYS:

All products come with a minimum of one year parts waranty, excluding bulbs, tubes, breakables, baskets, shelves and glass.

WARANTY:

To comply with the legislation which came into effect in January 2007, regarding waste electrical and electronic equipment, we are committed to a safe and healthy environment. When such products reach the end of their lifespan, they must be put into a recycling system by your own waste provider or we can arrange this at a nominal fee to cover expenses.

WEEE:

We cannot accept any claims for goods signed for in good condition. However if goods are signed for damaged, please notify your supplier immediately.

DAMAGES:

Please remember to include any equipment acquired from us on your insurance. Take care to cover loss of foods and any other perils.

INSURANCE:

Please ask for an up-to-date copy of our terms and conditions and we will arrange to have it forwarded to you immediately.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

For information on payments i.e. credit cards, bank transfers, 30 day accounts, cheques and leasing options, please contact us. Note: It can take up to 7 days for some cheques to clear and credit card payments may incur a levy subject to bank tariffs.

PAYMENTS:

25% restocking charge on unpacked products. 50% restocking charge applicable on products without packaging. Customer to pay transport costs back to our warehouse. No returns accepted after 30 days. Notice must be given in writing.
