ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FUNDING SUPPORT GRANT APPLICATION The Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) is a strategic tool under the Environmental Services (ES) Industry Transformation Map (ITM) to raise the operational efficiency and productivity of the ES industry through technology adoption. The funding programme will be extended until 28 February 2021. In view of the Resilience Budget, with effect from 1 April 2020 to 31 December 2020, PSG has been further enhanced to provide funding support of up to 80% of the qualifying cost, while the total grant cap remains at S$350,000 per company. Applications submitted from 1 January 2021 would be supported at up to 70% of the qualifying cost. For more information on the grant, please visit www.nea.gov.sg/industry-transformation-map/es-psg. For further enquiries, please contact the Enterprise Infoline at 6898 1800 or email at [email protected]. • Registered business in Singapore. • NEA licensed waste management company or cleaning company or pest management company with existing contracts in Singapore. • Premises owner (i.e. building/facility owner). • The applicant may be a managing agent representing the Management Corporation Strata Title (MCST), or a tenant/lessee subject to the following conditions: For MCST - MCST’s approval must be obtained for their managing agent to apply on its behalf; For Tenant/Lessee - The approval for the intention to apply by the tenant/lessee must be obtained from facility/building owner or landlord/lessor; and - Contract duration at the stipulated location between the tenant/lessee and landlord/ lessor, must be valid for at least two (2) years from the date of application in the BGP. • Up to 80% of the qualifying cost of the supportable equipment and digital solutions, or a total grant cap of S$350,000 per company, over the grant application period from 1 Apr 2020 to 31 Dec 2020, whichever applies. Up to 70% of the qualifying cost supported over the grant application period of 1 Jan 2021 to 28 Feb 2021. • Digital solutions or equipment must be used in Singapore. • Pre-owned equipment will not be supported.
