Terrie has worked for The Bama Companies for 9 years.She started her career at Bama working for the VP of Financeand General Manager of Bama’s Beijing China plant; movedfrom there into support of two VP’s in the EngineeringDepartment and then into Executive Admin support of theCEO, COO and CFO. Currently, Terrie is working with the Sr.VP of Purchasing and Supply Chain.

Terrie has been a member of IAAP since 2001 and has servedthe Chapter many times as an officer and on committees. Shehas served the A/O Division of IAAP as Building Fund Chairand Audit Chair. Terrie is presently Will Rogers Chapter IAAPPresident Elect and will serve as President in 2009‐2010.

Terrie has been married to Jim for 21 years and has fourchildren and seven grandchildren. She lives on an acreage justnorth of Collinsville that supports pecans, goats, cows, pigs,chickens, turkeys, guineas, rabbits and dogs. She enjoys agood movie, cross‐stitching, cooking and traveling.

Cynthia has worked in a variety of professional offices for 25years. She is the Office Administrator/Legal Assistant for IrwinLaw Firm, where she performs the duties of a Paralegal, LegalSecretary, and Supervisor.

She is the 2008‐2009 Secretary of the Will Rogers Chapter of theInternational Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP).Cynthia is currently in the running for the Office of President‐Elect of the Chapter for the 2009‐2010 term. She has alsorecently become a member of National Association ofProfessional Women (NAPW).

A believer of life‐long learning, Cynthia is currently preparing forthe exam to become credentialed as a Certified ProfessionalSecretary (CPS), and plans to pursue the Certified AdministrationProfessional (CAP) credentials.

Cynthia also does some volunteer work (including lobbying atthe State Capitol) for OK‐SAFE, Inc., a non‐profit organizationthat seeks to advance and defend the American principles ofsovereignty and free enterprise through Public education, Issueadvocacy and Governmental lobbying.Specialties: Office Administration, Organization, Coaching,Leadership, Event Planning, and Writing.
