Welcome to the 12th Annual Twin Cities Zine Fest!

We have over 75 exhibitors and invited guests this year, making it the largest yet. Thank you for celebrating the DIY spirit of self-publishing with us!!

Questions? Problems? Concerns?Should you have questions, problems, or concerns, contact a TCZF volunteer or organizer in the main lobby or text an organizer at 651.968.4765. Organizers and volunteers will be wearing identifying buttons.

BathroomsThere are four bathrooms on the ground floor. Two are single-stall/gender-neutral bathrooms. There are also two multi-stall bathrooms, one labeled men and another labeled women.

Social MediaShare your pictures and good times with the TCZF community by tagging us! The official hashtag is #TCZF. We’re “Twin Cities Zine Fest” on Facebook and @TCzinefest on Twitter, Instagram, and Tumblr.

Quiet Reading Room Take a break from the fest to read some zines and relax in the quiet reading room. Donate a copy of your zine! After the fest, all zines donated will be used to raise money for Boneshaker Books at their Free Market in December.

Activity Table Thanks to the Minneapolis Community & Technical College and Hennepin County Library for hosting the activity table in the lobby! Make your own one-page zine or get your flair on by making a button.

Workshop Schedule noon-1 pm “Building Community with Zines in the Twin Cities”: An informal discussion about creating meaningful connections with others in the zine community and beyond.1:30-2:30 pm “Fancify Your Zine!”: A skillshare where you can learn about how other zinesters make their zines visually interesting, whether with deluxe bindings or specialized printing or unique folding techniques. Bring your own work and share how you fancy up your own publications!3-4 pm “The Zine-ification of Roleplaying Games”: Roleplaying games originated in Midwestern garages but grew into an industry of impenetrable accessories and expensive hardcovers. Today, zinesters are reclaiming the genre with online distribution, minimal production values, and varied genres. Come learn about roleplaying games, browse books, and even play a short game!
