How to add a new device?1. Install Addreality Player on your broadcasting device 2. Create a new device in “Devices” section on Addreality Manager
3. Input the device’s name and copy the connection code 4. Input the connection code and press “Connect” button
How to add a new device?
5. Then the device will be connected you will see
a notification in Player an indication in Manager
Yellow color means that the device’s storage is empty (there is no advertising campaign on this device yet).
How to download the new content files?1. Go to the “content” section on Addreality Manager
2. Download the new content to your platform by:

How to create an advertising campaign?1. Go to the “Campaigns” section and click the “create campaign” button
2. Input the campaign name and then click the “Choose project” 3. Choose the project template and click “choose”

12. If there is the label “NU” on your playlist or content file, that means that this playlist is “not used” on this screen. To add the playlist to a zone just drag&drop it to the needed area

How to manage the users rights?1. To manage users’ rights you need to go to the “users” section

Create new groups with different rights and manage the existed groups
Invite new users to the platform by adding them to one of the groups
How to manage the users rights?2.1 To create a new group or manage the existed ones click on the appropriate button. Enter the group name and activate the checkboxes of needed rights
2.2 Go to the users section in the group’s menu to add new users to a group or delete existed ones
2.3 Go to the devices section in the group’s menu to give the group users rights for managing particular devices
2.4 Go to the campaigns section in the group’s menu to give the group users rights for managing particular campaigns
2.5 Press “Save” after finishing
How to manage the users rights?3.1 To invite a new user click on the “Add user” button. Enter all the information and press “Save”
3.2 A new user don’t have any rights yet, so you need to add him to a group. Click on the group you want to add him to and go to the “users” section. Click on “add user” button
3.3 Choose the users you want to add to this group and then press “Back”
3.4 You’ll see the list of users of this group.
3.5 Press “Save” after finishing

1. To view monitoring logs you need to go to the monitoring section
2. You can use filters to see the particular logs and send the report to
your e-mail
How to create a new project template and upload it to cloud?
1. To create a new project template click on the “create new project” button
2. To upload your project to a cloud right-click on your project and choose “Upload to cloud” option

1. You can create transitions between scenes by one of these ways:

What to do if the devices’ screen turns black/white?
1. If the device’s screen turns black you need to:• Check the mediaplan (is there any current campaigns for this device or not)
• Check the internet connection (if your devices started to download a new campaign and lost the internet connection during downloading, it will need the Internet connection to finish the project and content loading)
• Check the power supply
