2.00 Design Report
2.01 Design:
DTMs continue on a fortnightly basis to coordinate design and sub-contractor input. Ironmongery workshop to fine-tune RDD 15 and building control compliance. Revised room Layouts for Wing B, C & D returned to client for final sign-off Meeting with ACC to resolve RDD 7 & 8 Internal and External Lighting light fittings
now ordered (await delivery) ACC confirmed FF&E colours for Wing B, C & D IWB/Teaching wall proposals submitted and ACC responses and clarifications
returned. Technical Meeting with ACC to resolve sanitary ware, hard landscape changes and
acoustic panel spec / colours. Clarifications provided for CDT dust extract and duct route for fume extract
established. ACC response to LCD screen positions returned. Pool timing equipment requirement to be clarified.
2.00 Design Report
2.02 Planning Conditions:
• Condition 02 – Notification of Completion to be issued (final inspection clears
remainder of Condition 03 confirmation of completion of car parking provision &
Condition 12 confirmation of completion of landscaping).
• Condition 05 – Traffic Calming / Cycling Provision on Greystone Road to be
completed prior to occupation (Aberdeenshire Council action)
• Condition 06 – Speed Limits / Signage as TRO’s to be implemented in surrounding
area prior to occupation (Aberdeenshire Council action)
• Planning Application for PV installation has been submitted.
• All other planning conditions have been closed.
3.00 Health and Safety
3.01 Safety Report:

4.00 Community
• We currently have three work experience placements.
• Site participated in UKCG Open Doors event 6th/7th March 15 - Over 350
members of the public attended (including local school pupils and local
MSP Dennis Robertson) .
• Craigievar Primary visited site on 20th March.
• Current CCS score 42 (next visit scheduled for 16th April).
5.00 Quality
• Temperatures being monitored / work rescheduled if required
• Underfloor heating loop pressure tests being checked
• Technical Services inspections ongoing
• F&G (M&E) inspections commenced
• AC Clerk of Works visits ongoing / comments being addressed
• Preliminary discussions held relating to contract completion inspections /
snagging process
6.00 Utilities
