OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT

•The primary objective of the research is to analyze the Behavior, Viewpoint and attitude of the employees with the help of the questionnaire.•To study the effects of Key Drivers in the organization.•To determine the effects of following sub-group such as Job, Co-workers, Supervisors, Department, and Organization on level of employee engagement. •To study the impact of employee engagement on their performance.

• Established in 2002 with a capital of rupees 60,00,000.• It is an agro based company.• Samruddha Jeevan Prime circle Ltd offers two types of plans:– Single Installment Plan (SIP).– Installment Plan (IP).

• Within 9 years They have spread over 19 States. It has its more than 200 Branches all over India.

Meaning of Research:-

Research is defined as systematic design, collection, analysis & reporting of data findings relevant to a specific situation forcing the company research is a fact finding process without proper research it is difficult to make any decision in an organization.

In this project Random sampling technique is used. Sample size is 20, which includes Sales Manager, Senior Sales manager, Assistant Sales Managers, HR Executive and Trainer independent of age groups and selected randomly without any bias regarding their status and income.

Findings

• Employees working in the organization don’t feel that their work is recognized and appraised properly.• Employees don’t have much support at work to balance their work and personal life.• Employees at SJFIL, don’t have enough development opportunities to learn and grow.• There is lack of proper two-way communication between co-workers regarding any work that needs to be done.• Supervisors don’t give regular feedback about employee’s progress.

Recommendations

• There is need of proper system of recognition and appraisal.• The supervisors may provide development opportunities to

employees which will increase employee engagement level.• Employees may be given flexibility in their work schedules so

that they can better manage their work/ life conflicts.• There is need to develop two-way communication between

co-workers which help them to work more efficiently.
